"Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided many options including eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. We used the hot tub and the pool. Both were well-maintained, and the facilities were not overly crowded or noisy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to others wanting to get away."

"The hotel's service staff is very patient, and the grandfather who picks up the service is also very nice. Send us to the test center every day, get hot in advance, and we are all warm."
"Drury Inn was fantastic! When I booked the room, I thought that this place was going to be the “same old” hotel that I normal book because the price was on par with every other hotel in the area. I was shocked while checking in, the front desk woman, Amanda, handed us our room key cards and two other cards. The secondary cards that were handed to us were for “kick back” hour. Kick back starts at 5:30pm where you can get three free adult beverages along with enough snack food to make a meal of. I thought that was very ingenious and I will be back! But, the breakfast was outstanding as well. My wife and I realized that we saved hundreds on meals because of the service. Also, the staff was so friendly and helpful and the room was great too. Drury Inn will be the only place I choose for lodging in Frankenmuth, Michigan ever again! "
"I won't stay here again. The couch is ridiculous as to sit in it your feet are hanging off the end a foot from the floor. Very uncomfortable. The chair at the desk is uncomfortable too. You're positioned where you're leaning forward all the time. Those were minor annoyances compared to being teased with a fantastic choice of streaming movie stations and then find out the movies you want to watch are $20 dollars. On top of that their internet connection is terrible and after 15 minutes the movie your streaming cuts off and you get a message to try again later. Seemed everything I tried to do online was a hit and miss effort. Constantly cutting in and out. I'd rather have no internet than service like that."
"very clean building, excellent staff and help, they respect your privacy and help you when you need it. rooms were very well kept and clean. it was a very convenient stay and we were super close to all of the shops"
