I thought it was a lovely hotel, staff members were so friendly and easy to talk to about anything, only little minor issue I experienced was the WiFi connection found being outside was the only time you would receive any service. Besides that overall a lovely stay

Lovely stay once again. Not sure what the last few reviews are about. They must of been staying at a different hotel. It’s not as bad as they have made out. I arrived on the 5th August. Staff were lovely, so chatty and polite. Becky was on reception when we arrived and gave us a warm welcome. All the staff I interacted with were polite and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately I couldn’t remember their names. I booked in advance so I had it for a good price for 2 of us. The later you book the more expensive the rooms are. My room was lovely and clean. No issues with cleanliness. The rooms are much nicer than before the little referb. Bed was comfy. I stayed the first week of August and the weather was warm, there was no need for me to use a heater. There was a fan provided in the room. No air con unfortunately, but what do you expect not loads of hotels in the uk do unless you pay to stay somewhere expensive. I had a room with a shower over the bath and plenty of towels. Only complaint was the families staying in the room next to me and just opposite. They were loud, think the parents just let them run wild! Also wish the restrictors on the windows were longer so we could open the window just a few inches more. There’s a harvester next door to the hotel which we visited. Was handy as we didn’t have to drive to get food. The harvester It’s not part of the hotel so I won’t comment about that on this review. Overall good stay once again

They charged £149 for 1 night for this basic hotel. Alternative hotels at the same date charging £60 or less including breakfast. Customer service were unavailable to help. And after waiting almost a week nobody has responded. Obviously they don't really care about me as a customer. As a regular user they will lose my business - but they probably won't care. Go instead to the Green Acres Motel not many miles away. Green Acres was Good value with breakfast included. Plus a restaurant and bar and a nicer room than Travelodge

The hotel is very basic. Clean sheets and beds ok, so if you are wanting a very short stay at a budget price, it's fine. If you are staying longer, or like a more than basic room and service, pay the money and go elsewhere. The nearby Harvester is convenient but again, low budget. Big, noisy, slow and staff who are going through the motions but don't know real customer service.

I gave a lower score because the windows are not closing properly. In the bathroom, there is no proper tub or shower, so water spills out. Also, the heater is not working correctly.

This hotel is in a nice location 5 mins from junction 35 M4. No noise in area and an adjacent Harvester for meals and breakfast. The room was very nice with a comfy bed and well laid out bathroom. It was very warm the day we stopped and the room wasn’t air conditioned so the heat overnight was very uncomfortable. There was a fan in the room but it didn’t do much to cool the room. A shame as if not for the heat would have scored higher. Should have slept in the corridor as that was air conditioned. For this reason would not stop here again
