The room was clean and charming. The grounds were spectacular. Located near beach, restaurants and shopping. The manager was courteous and accommodating. We were there for 4 nights and cannot wait to go back next year. Did I mention the freshly squeezed orange juice?!

Great adorable, beautiful place very clean great location great receptionist. For the season we went the price was very attractive. I’m not sure the rates they ask for the summer is competitive as they don’t offer breakfast and the room is a little tight.

I had a great time at Room at The Beach, which had a beautiful landscape. There is a yard with a grape vine arch and bench and dining tables. There is complimentary coffee with pastries and rose. The pool was nice too. The rooms (stayed in 2) are clean and modern with large bathrooms. More spacious than a typical hotel room. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Would stay again

We absolutely loved our stay at A Room at the Beach! The team made us feel extremely welcome from day 1. Our room was small but extremely cozy and the space is really optimized for comfort. The grounds of the hotels are gorgeous. We loved hanging out by the pool, having breakfast on our deck, and relaxing on the lawn. The owners also lent us a beach parking pass and beach chairs and an umbrella, which made our beach days much more enjoyable than they otherwise would have been. Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel enough and we will be sure to go back next time we're in the Hamptons!

Beautiful property and wonderful staff. The rooms are nice and spacious. The location is also great. We had easy access to dining in Bridgehampton, hanging out on the beach, and spending the day at one of the vineyards nearby.

Picture perfect setting with great decorations inside and out. Clean rooms and property was quaint with design. Walkways full of nature great areas to sit including fire pit and pool. Bicycles available for quick ride into town. Staff was attentive from first introduction to departure.

On route to Tubuai ,stayed at Royal Tahitian.Was good location,beach,restaurant.only negative is internet on room did not work. Tubuai is a beautiful island I spent 9 days on.Stayed at Tiputi lodge,great people and service.Plongee dive shop very good and knowledgeable about ocean wildlife. ..dive snorkel or whale encounters! I would go back George

It's so clear that every detail of this property has been carefully thought out - from the decor and amenities to the seating areas outside. We actually stayed here not as a vacation stay, but because we were taking videos/photos at several nearby sites in East Hampton and we needed something that was close to town, easy to get to, and had ground-floor access for heavy luggage. I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities! In particular, the butterfly-garden seating areas behind each room offer a quiet, private place to enjoy the outdoor air while also remaining secluded. Very highly recommended.
