Helpful staffs. good location. The room had broken shower head holder but we managed with rain shower, so it was okay. Indoor parking at only EUR 15!

I stayed here for six days over Christmas because this was the only hotel in town that still had rooms. How can I put it, the hotel is okay, but it is too old. Some of the elevator buttons don't light up. Towels are changed every three days for hygiene purposes. There are basically no toiletries and only a paper cup is given. There were cobweb threads in the house that were not cleaned quickly, and several bugs the size of a big finger were killed. The advantage is that the size of the house is not bad and the location is good. There is no need to catch the commuter bus and it is not far from the cable car.

We always stay here the night before going to val theorems ski resort and always receive such great service. The staff are accommodating and friendly and the location is excellent for us. The breakfast is quite basic but there is normally something for everyone. Will be returning again in march 2024.

This hotel has the potential to be really great, but it is very tired and definitely in need of a full renovation. No way is it a 4 star! That said, location is great. Bedrooms are a good size and clean, staff were lovely. Breakfast expensive for a limited buffet. And there should not be a charge for the ‘spa’. It was a small pool, steam room and sauna. Jacuzzi wasn’t working nor were the jets in the pool. This whole area also needs a full makeover. Disappointing as the photos online really made this hotel look a lot better than it is.

The hotel is in the centre of Brides Les Bain, near the bus stop tourist office. It is a big building with modern forniture. My room has been upgraded for free. I had a big room with two balconies. The breakfast is very good good. The thermes are not connected to the hotel and there is no special reduction for hotel guests. Inside the hotel there is a SPA.

This hotel would be a great choice, if you wish to save some money and be within the walking distance to the Gondola. Gondola can take you directly to Mirabel ski slopes. Hotel has everything for a nice stay - nice clean rooms, premise to store your skis and spa. However, the lowlight of the village is the limited quantity of goods restaurants and if you are looking for a nice dinner, you will have to drive to Mirabel, Courchavel, or even St. Marin.

The location is good if you want to be close to the ski lift, but that’s about the only good thing. The facilities look like they used to be good 10 years ago but have not been refreshed. The staff have no motivation and most speak no English - the lady at the reception does not even try to understand English or any attempt of French (our is not great). With the different people we interacted you get the feeling that they could not care less about guest satisfaction. The spa pretends to have restrictions where you need to reserve, but there’s nobody there to check who’s coming in, so at the end of the day it gets very crowded and there are no towels. Breakfast is ok Bottom line, if you get a cheap rate and know that you’re getting maybe 2 or 3 star standard then go for it, but not worth above that
