Visited and stayed one night at the Brewster By The Sea Inn while visiting friends in Orleans. Received helpful and timely communications from the owner of the Inn prior to arrival. The owner generously upgraded our room for the stay. Great location across the street from Drummer Boy Park and just down the road from the beautiful Wing Island Trail. The room had everything we needed including coffee, water, sitting area, luggage racks and a fireplace. Breakfast was delicious and we truly appreciate the hospitality provided by the owner.

We had a really wonderful stay at this luxurious Inn on the lower Cape. Quite exquisite, with lovely large bedroom, delicious home cooked breakfasts, pleasant garden and grounds, and a friendly and helpful host. Thoroughly recommended.

This B&B is one of the best, ever. The owner and host, Amy, is very special. Her warmth and hospitality is unsurpassed by any other host. Besides being an excellent cook (be prepared for an exceptional breakfast experience) she is truly interested in providing the best possible visit to the Cape. We watched as she was able to provide a breakfast with dietary restrictions. Her recommendations on places to visit and restaurants were spot on. Our room, the Beach Blossom Room was comfortable, clean and cozy. The king sized bed was very comfortable with good pillows and the one of the best comforters I've ever enjoyed.

Best Inn we have stayed in by far. Room is clean and well appointed. Bed is so comfy. Amy the host is amazing and her breakfasts are fantastic. All the little detail and care that have gone into the property, food and local knowledge really set this place ahead of the others.

Everything about Brewster By the Sea Inn worked. Room was spacious and thoughtfully furnished. Small refrig, coffee maker, leather chairs to relax in, table and two chairs for breakfast, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, water, soap, etc. And it was very clean. Amy the owner was there whenever we needed her. She brings up coffee and tea in the morning while your breakfast is made. Then breakfast is delivered to the room. Simple check-in. It's all electronic. No key, no wait, just arrive type in your code to get through the front door, then use the code to access your room. Amy had a list of recommended restaurants and things to do. I would stay at BBTSI again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful experience at Brewster by the Sea. Amy is a lovely host and has added all the special touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The welcome package with helpful guides to restaurants, walking trails, activities, and maps were appreciated. Amy even had a little cake treat for our anniversary waiting for us upon arrival in our room. The delicious breakfasts are delivered to your room during the cooler months, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed (nice to have both a fridge and microwave in the room). Although we didn’t use the pool, it was great to sit on the deck for a bit; very nice option in the summer. Most B&Bs where we have stayed didn’t have a pool, so that’s definitely a plus for unwinding after a day at the beach. We appreciated the tips from Amy and also the flexibility with an early check-in, if available. It’s a great location to many great dining options and activities. Another plus is that it’s open year round. Whatever time of year, I’d recommend this charming inn for your Cape Cod vacation or getaway!

Lovely place and warm and excellent attention. We enjoyed everything, room is very clean and comfortable, the inn is very nice and Amy is outstanding, caring and very helpful. Breakfast is also great, delicious and beautifuly served. There are many lovely places to visit around the area and great restaurants too.

Absolutely the very best Inn we have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect by 500%. Amy is a fabulous innkeeper, the breakfast was perfect and the pool and grounds are so beautiful. The room way beyond perfect and spotless. This inn is a must stay at. Thank you Amy for giving us such a great start to our honeymoon.❤️
