What did i like... it was clean but tiny. What didn't I like......my room was right next to the stairs on 2nd floor, people coming in at all hours of the morning talking loudly, people talking loudly outside. Didn't seem like the heat worked in room and absolutely loved the plastic wrap on the AC Unit. So much for the big renovation that was put on TV for this place. I should have stayed on the other side of the river aka Bangor

Rooms and back of building are old and rundown, sheets were clean, staff is doing a good job with what they have. Price was cheap

The whole experience was pretty good. The Jacuzzi needed to be wiped down and the pillows were awful. They were so stiff and not fluffy. The location was great and clean for Jacuzzi room. Thank you!!

Had to change rooms dues to hot water issues.
Was told a discount would be given due to this fact.?.
This was three day stay this time and I don’t think we will be coming back unless some things change there.😔

Hotel is very quaint looking. Staff was very nice and friendly from shuttle driver to front desk. As I was female traveling solo they were able to get me in the main/lobby part of the hotel which was nice. Room was a bit dated but was clean and comfortable.

Everything is outdated the mattress was ancient and uncomfortable the bathroom was hot pink super noisy heating system ****** headed up to 80 and never got up to 65...

Again for the third time the room was not in good order.
I understand that there is issues here with housekeeping. I’ll would be more than glad to manage the facility. That’s what I do in the summer for motel on Mount Desert Island.
Would be nice if the room was comped for the amount of times we stay here.
