The environment is really good. The mountains and plains are covered with red, yellow and green colors. This is it. The golf course looks like an oil painting when photographed.
However, such an expensive hotel does not include breakfast. There is only a buffet breakfast for 28 and there is not much to eat. I mainly eat fruits. The dinner at 1902 restaurant tastes good but is very expensive. They don’t even provide bread before the meal. They still have to buy it for 6 US dollars.
I stayed in so many hotels this time, and this is the only one that has a bellman to help deliver luggage to the room because the elevator is too small.
The tour that introduced the hotel was really good. The tour was supposed to be one hour, but the tour lasted an hour and a half.
The service at the front desk was very poor. When I checked in, I was asked to swipe my credit card for a pre-authorization deposit. After eating two meals, I thought it was deducted from the deposit. I called the bank and said it was two pre-authorizations and one was credited to US$253 (meal fee). It’s a few dollars more than the deposit) It’s another pre-authorization for POS machine consumption that hasn’t been released yet. I don’t know what kind of trick this is. I only stayed for one night and two pre-authorizations were deducted from me. How did I use POS for the second deposit? The card machine didn't ask me for my credit card when I checked out.

Majestic Grand Hotel! I visited in January to ski Bretton Woods. Restaurants in the hotel were very good. Daily transportation to and from ski resort. I was very surprised that at the end of my stay the hotel wanted to charge me for a 'convenience fee' for use of the courtesy van. When I questioned the front desk, they immediately removed the charge without any discussion. They do not have microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms but if you ask ahead of your stay, they will accommodate. A summer visit would be lovely. The spa looked great but I didn't use it.

We had a very nice stay. Our room was very clean. The indoor pool is somewhat small. The outdoor pool is larger and even though it was snowing we enjoyed that. There were no spots to put our belongings out of the falling snow, unfortunate. Food options can be pricey but there is a small place on site open part time where you can purchase sandwiches and salads. We did this, and sat looking out at the gorgeous views. Staff is very nice and the background music in this area was fabulous. Cross country skiing was great.

Opened in 1902 the grandeur and beauty of this magnificent hotel has been honored and maintained. There are a number of restaurants and areas to enjoy your meals.
We also were thrilled with this world class spa. Well worth making appointments during your stay at Mt Washington. Thank you Krista for the best facial I’ve ever received.

I was very disappointed of the quality of the bed and the very deflated pillow. The coffee in the 1902 restaurant was the worst coffee ever. It was very bitter and was served lukewarm so by the time you put milk it was already cold. For 3 days this was the same no matter how I asked for a hot coffee. I ended up ordering a cappuccino for $6 extra aside from the $32 buffet. But to my surprise it was the same a lukewarm cappuccino.

We loved Omni Mt Washington: excellent service all around, a rich set of activities, convenient access to Bretton Woods for skiing, and great food at all the hotel restaurants we tried. The buildings and rooms could use some renovation soon, but regardless, we had a fantastic time during our weekend family trip. Will come again.

It is a respectable hotel with an aura of good old days. Three problems: menu in restaurant never change ; indoor pool is good only for little kids and outdoor pool has ridiculously difficult access and no locker room per se.

Very pleasant stay, staff we universally friendly and well trained. Pricies on the high side for food service and snacks, but othewise decent value. TV receptions was rather bad and unwatchable in our room.
