There were bedbugs in the room. I was stung during the night and managed to crush 2 of them. I reported it to the hotel reception and to Louvre Hotels customer service, which is responsible for Première Classe hotels. Neither of them wanted to take my report into account, claiming that the quality department did not find any bedbugs and that it must have been fleas or spiders. I still have the bites (characteristics of bedbug bites). It seems to me that in these times of significant spread of these insects the hotel and customer service could have at least told me that they were doing ( were apparently undergoing treatment again rather than denying their presence. We can question the quality department!
