My choir, Talgarth Male Choir, stayed at the hotel from 22nd - 25th September, 2023. There were 48 of us, so not a small party, but they coped with us admirably. It is a well equipped, beautifully decorated hotel with very helpful staff. The breakfast was outstanding!

Elevator barely fit one person one bag, compared to other Mercure or Radisson rooms small. Too hot with windows closed, open windows very noisy.

Only down side was lack of AC which in the summer heat was a little to warm inside the rooms. With that beinG said I was able to open the window to allow the breeze inside but there was a noisy street and restaurant below.

The fantastic manager and her whole helpfull and attentive team, make it to a pleasant stay, at the very fresh and clean hotel. The room was nice, well equippet with a lot of amenities (privilege room), and the bed and pillow comfort was really nice. The breakfast was various and with quality coffee and tea. it was easy to find a parkingplace near by the hotel. We would not hessitate to stay there again

1 very positive point: the breakfast (the buffet is rich and varied with some good regional products: kouign amann, pancakes with salted butter caramel, far Breton, etc.). Some positive points: the welcome, the cleaning, the mini-bar, the safe & the modern look of the room. Some negative points: the absence of air conditioning (the reception provides fans but the room is too hot in summer), the size of the room, the view of the ugly interior courtyard and the size of the elevator

Well located hotel. Fast and efficient check-in.
Lots of noise pollution from the inner courtyard with its huge air duct. My Friday night night was short due to a very musical party next to the hotel. It is not a resting place, but a transit hotel. The room is really tight when you have more than two pieces of luggage.

Cramped room, for a big disappoin**ent Mercure, we couldn't move in the room. I hate hotels like that.
State of the room leaves something to be desired, mark on the wall, no maintenance. It's serious nonetheless.
Average cleanliness, lots of dust on the kettle.
On the other hand the breakfast was very good and the reception also and the staff very pleasant.
