(+) Gerharts apartments are perfect for family stay! The building is located basically in the center of Brixen on a narrow pedestrian street. DeSpar supermarket, nice bakeries and good restaurants (Fink and Traubenwirt) are 5 min walk away. I liked that you do not have to get in contact with anyone for check in or check out, you get a code to open the entrance door o your mobile! It is extremely important during epidemic time. We were traveling with 1 year old baby and got great quality cot and high chair for toddlers. Brixen cards, which gives many benefits, are arranged for the guests (e.g. cable car to Plose and a few museums are for free). Washing machine is available but the dryer did not properly work, giving an error 66 all the time. Thankfully it was +30+34 outside, so we could easily dry our cloths. Kitchen is very well equipped with good cutlery, beautiful plates and sharp knives. There was even a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. However, I liked the Italian coffee cooker much more (which was also available). We stayed for 8 nights and asked to extend for one more, which was arranged with a 10% discount. We could ask in between to clean our apartment or change the towels. The support given by Sabine and Helga was very fast. The apartments are not cheap but the level of comfort you get for the paid price is high. (-) Unfortunately, the is no AC and in the apartments. Ventilation system is quite loud and does not cool much, if it is +30 outside. (-) Frying pan is not of a good quality. It was a pain to cook on that pan. I asked to provide me a second one but did not get any with an excuse that there is a short notice notification. (-) I am wondering about huge bath room without a bath tub. (-) Parking is pretty narrow to my taste but overall ok and no issues to park, if you are a skillful driver.

Der Online Check in ist einfach und unkompliziert! Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr geschmackvoll. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Zusendung von digitalem Zimmerschlüssel und Zugangscode kam mittags per Mail! Es bestand die Möglichkeit, das Auto schon mittags in der Tiefgarage abzustellen.

Soggiorno di un weekend in 4 persone, una bambina e un cane. Appartamento con una camera, cucina e salotto di nuova costruzione moderno e molto pulito. Ambiente spazioso con ogni confort e molto silenzioso (non si sentivano rumori da fuori, ma neanche dal salotto e cucina a fianco). Letto e divano letto comodi. Bagno spazioso con una bellissima doccia a cascata. Elettrodomestici in cucina nuovi, non ci aspettavamo di trovare anche bollitore e macchina del caffè in cialde con a disposizione sia cialde che tisana offerta dalla struttura (molto apprezzata). Garage e spazio auto comodo con la possibilità di lasciare l'auto fino al pomeriggio del giorno di partenza. Sicuramente ci torneremo per un soggiorno più lungo. Ottima anche la posizione per passeggiare in centro e per la comodità dei mezzi pubblici, gratuiti grazie alla carta lasciata all'arrivo con la quale si poteva fare anche molte altre cose ma visto il poco tempo a disposizione non siamo riusciti.

Una struttura FANTASTICA Appartamento in una Zona comoda e molto servita, design ottimo e funzionale. Parcheggio sotterraneo. Tutto domotizzato e arredamento di design. A pochi passi da piazza duomo e ben servita. sopra ad un super market dove è possibile anche Fare colazione al mattino

Das Apartment war sehr schön, der digitale Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert, und der Hausservice war online gut zu erreichen. Toll war, dass man einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage dazu bekommen hat (dafür sind die Preise für das Apartment auch entsprechend hoch) und dass es einen Aufzug gibt. Das Haus ist super zur Altstadt gelegen. Zwei Dinge gibt es zu kritisieren: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was in heißen Sommermonaten nachts problematisch sein dürfte (wir hatten Glück, die Nächte waren frisch, so dass wir die Balkontüren aufgelassen haben). Das bringt mich zum zweiten Punkt, der angemerkt werden muss: Auch wenn das Haus in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone liegt, hört man die Straße, die am Busbahnhof vorbei führt, recht deutlich. Sprich, es ist durchaus laut. Außerdem sorgt die Gastronomie im Erdgeschoss dafür, dass es recht früh am Morgen ziemlich laut wird. Geschirrgeklapper, Unterhaltungen des Personals - wir waren jeden Morgen vor 8 Uhr gezwungenermaßen wach. An Ausschlafen war nicht zu denken. Also entweder muss man bei geschlossenen Balkontüren schlafen, was deutlich zu warm und stickig wäre (ja, es gibt eine Frischluftanlage, die man laufen lassen sollte, aber das wäre nachts auch zu laut) oder man muss Frühaufsteher sein, was ich nun mal nicht bin. Alles in allem aber eine klare Empfehlung.

Appartamento in centro a Bressanone e con comodo parcheggio sotterraneo, Brixen card molto utile e efficace per un buon soggiorno, indicazioni professionali e utili. Ogni comfort, direi che è stata, per tutta la famiglia e nella settimana di ferragosto, una bella vacanza. Consigliato.

Bellissima esperienza. Siamo stati ospiti del Gerharts per ben due settimane. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Comoditá immensa del parcheggio direttamente nel palazzo, trovandosi proprio nel centro di Bressanone! Appartamento nuovo, arredato con gusto. Si trova direttamente sopra il Pur Sud Tirol, meraviglioso negozio/coffee shop che vende tutto quel che c'e di piú buono nella regione. Vicinissimo anche al panificio Trenker che e' stato veramente comodo per prendere pane e krapfen per la colazione! Ottimi ristoranti a pochi passi dall'appartamento (ad esempio il Traubenwirt). Disponibilita' di una lavatrice ed asciugatrice ad uso comune. La struttura e' accogliente con gli amici a 4 zampe. Inoltre, vengono fornite le Brixen Card che danno accesso a molte attrazioni nella zona: la meravigliosa Acquarena (una breve passeggiata dall'appartamento), la funivia Plose (da non perdere; si puo salire e scendere una volta al giorno e merita sicuramente piú di una visita), l'uso gratuito dell'eccellente trasporto pubblico della regione. Torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura!

Eccellente struttura situata nel centro storico. Appartamenti nuovissimi e ben arredati con grandi spazi. C'eravamo stati anche 2 anni fa ed è stato un vero piacere ritornarci. Facilità di check-in e comodo parcheggio gratuito sotterraneo.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutto super tecnologico ma funzionale al massimo, dalla reception virtuale alla chiave start, all'appartamento curatissimo. Qualsiasi domanda ha trovato risposta pronta. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, moderno, elegante ma pratico, caldo, entri e ti senti immediatamente a casa. A un minuto dal centro, ha tutto vicino, garage eccezionale. Anche la spesa, per quanto offerto, l'abbiamo trovata molto buona. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la Brixencard per ognuno di noi, che abbiamo usato per prendere la funivia della Plose, molto bello. Nonché i messaggi con le iniziative di quei giorni che ci hanno permesso di conoscere e prenotare un fantastico spettacolo di luci e teatrale, "Liora", presso il palazzo vescovile. Grazie alla signora Sandra che "virtualmente" è riuscita ad essere molto più vicina di tante presenze "reali". Complimenti!!! Insomma non abbiamo trovato un difetto!!! Ah, uno si... esserci stati troppo poco!!!
