非常非常棒的酒店，新裝修很有設計感，酒店餐廳太太太好吃😋 還有老闆很帥對中國人很好，主動提供了洗的熱水壺和拖鞋

I have been at the Loewenhof every year once or twice, since 1993 (for 30 years). Have seen the upgrades, improvements in the physical installation, modernization of the rooms and services (pool, massage facilities) and dining.
This time was my first time at the Loewenhof after the COVID19 issues. Personnel has changed, even the chef. The food quality has decreased. They used to have the best pizza in the area, but this time, it s different, lower quality. And the personnel is also new. Just checking in, I asked for 2 more days of staying, leaving the 3rd of December versus 1st of December. It was confirmed by the reception. But on the 1st of December, it appeared as not submitted and I was locked out. So, I had to extend the stay on the 1st, but after a while I got it at a completely different price (higher) and no excuses.
And breakfast has old breads, hard breads versus our experience was to get fresh bread from the day: soft and even warm.
After 30 years always using this hotel, I'm evaluating other options for my next trip in Spring'24. We were feeling like at home during 29 years, but this time it was different.

Didn’t stay in the hotel but ate in the restaurant. Definitely felt the maitre d was not struck on English people! Couldn’t be bothered to serve us and when he did he was surly bordering on rude. The food was ok but honestly I recommend you avoid this place if you’re English!

Zweitens: Man ist so dumm und bestellt ein Eis, das sie auch nur von einem Konditor gekauft haben. Drittens: Dem Personal scheint die Arbeit nicht zu gefallen und ist unfreundlich Vierten: Man bekommt ein Eis auf einem billigen Cono in die Hand gedrückt. Und dann noch die Höhe: Das Eis ist so klein wie eine Erdbeere und es kostet einfach noch 1,70€. Das ist es einfach nicht wert.

500€ für Jugendherbergen Charme??? (2 Nächte- nicht 5). Preis-Leisung passt gar nicht!!!Bitte achtet bei der Buchung auf den Neubau, der im Prospekt propagiert wird! Der scheint toll zu sein. In der alten Albergo untergebracht, kam ich mir vor, als müsse ich den Neubau durch Aufenthalt im morbiden Charme des Altbaus mitfinanzieren. Frühstück ist soweit gut, bin ich von 4**** Häusern und sogar darunter z.T. auch besseres gewöhnt. Das Personal ist meist nicht besonders freundlich bis hin zu unfreundlich. Führungsstil? Fehlanzeige. Der InhaberIn hat sich gar nicht blicken lassen. Außerdem unzuverlässig. Nach 3-maligem Nachfragen hatten wir dann endlich die verabsäumten Sachen auf dem Zimmer erhalten. Der Wellness Bereich war dann der Abschuss. Runter gekommen, Dreck im Pool und und von 3 Duschen funktionierte leider nur noch 1. Sämtliche Fuß-Duschen defekt, die Fliesen bröckelten überall ab. Kunstgrünzeug an den Decken 🤔 Insgesamt leider sehr enttäuschend oder nur zu einem anderen Preismodell akzeptabel!

Tritura molto bella anche se alcuni particolari potrebbero essere migliorati sedute interne sala da pranzo e ombrelloni piscina da migliorare anche il servizio è i locali piscina interna e sauna nel complesso un buon hotel

Soggiorno estremamente piacevole al Lowenhof: struttura curata, camera ampia e moderna, molto bella, finemente arredata con mobilio in legno. Ottima la colazione. Menzione per il rapporto qualità prezzo che definirei eccezionale, considerata la zona. Struttura decisamente consigliata!

Sono stata da sola in questo hotel per due notti.. posizione molto facile da trovare e vicina a tutto. Hotel molto curato e moderno. Camera stupenda.. pulizia, arredamento..top.il letto... pazzesco!un abbraccio che ti avvolge per tutta la notte. Ho avuto la sfortuna di alloggiare nel periodo in cui il ristorante e il bar erano in periodo di riposo quindi chiusi. Colazione cmq ben organizzata..personale molto gentile e disponibile . molto importante la flessibilità del check in e check out.. super consigliato. Grazie lowenhoff

Nel complesso mi sono trovato bene. L'hotel è curato e il personale gentile. La colazione internazionale è ottima e il ristorante offre un menu con una buona qualità prezzo. La SPA è nella media di altri posti già visitati. Posizione ottima per visitare Bressanone e anche Vipiteno. Metterei cinque stelle se non fosse per una nota dolente non trascurabile: la camera con annesso bagno. Davvero piccola e il bagno senza senso, ovvero ci sono sanitari che sono inutilizzabili per gli spazi a dir poco angusti, appunto.
