Staff all very friendly & helpful, clean room, great breakfast every morning for just 5euros!!! Hotel located within a 2 minute walk of the metro, which will take you to various sights within parts of the city of Brescia for just 3.80euros return within a 24hr period...Get off at Vittoria stop for main part of the city where you'll find places of historical interest ie Cathedrals, grand theatre...or get off at San Faustino to see the Castle and it's museums. Big thanks to Enzo for going above & beyond for us during our stay..would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is an easy solution to go downtown by public transport: the bus station (bus line n.10) is in front of the hotel and the underground station (Ospedale) is just a few minute walk. The room was comfortable and large, and so was the bathroom. Our room on the 4th floor had a screened terrace with private table and chairs, next to the swimming pool, open in summer only. The room was really quiet, no noise coming from the roads nearby. Breakfast was fine with a fair offer of sweets, cheese, eggs, charcuterie, juices and yogurt. No fresh fruit nor vegetables were available, we would have loved it. Finally, the hotel staff was kind and helpful.

We stayed here because the other place we were at was completely unacceptable. When I called to check on a room, "Enzo" took great care of us. He put us in a king suite. It was clean and every necessity was there. We were there in winter, so we didn't use either of the pools, but we did get a good meal at the attacked Indian restaurant. Thank you Enzo.

Clean and very friendly hotel, very comfortable beds, large and spacious rooms, if desired with a small fee there is in the room, very kind doorman, available to give the information one needs, if I return to Brescia I will definitely come to this hotel again .

I stayed for one night here through a gift box. I was assigned a classic room but in the box I had a superior one, I pointed this out to the reception and the room was changed. I enter the new room and find two half-drunk bottles (the superior service guaranteed me 2 bottles of water and slippers) and on the bedside table next to the water I find an almost finished roll of toilet paper. I go into the bathroom and find a finished toothpaste on the sink. Non-existent slippers. The main doubt... has the room been cleaned and redone?? The sheets and towels yes but for the rest I won't comment. The breakfast the following morning was very poor, not even a croissant and we were in the middle of the service. According to the waiter they had had problems that morning. Sorry, but I don't think I'll be back.

Da persona che ha lavorato nel settore mi ero ripromessa di non scrivere nulla sulle strutture dove mi fossi trovata male, ma questa volta non riesco ad esimermi. Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura il giorno prima di partire, per un evento familiare. La sera dell’arrivo pur non essendo molto illuminata la stanza era molto evidente il fatto che non fosse stata pulita: polvere ovunque, disordine peli e capelli nella doccia. Le lenzuola fortunatamente profumavano ed erano pulite. I cuscini del letto avevano l’imbottitura completamente disgregata ed erano molto scomodi. A metà notte abbiamo dovuto spegnere il frigo perché rumorosissimo e dentro c’era della carne di pollo putrida che chissà da quanto tempo era lì dentro, si è inondata la stanza di cattivo odore e abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra socchiusa. Colazione appena sufficiente. Nonostante le carenze di pulizia, il personale è gentile.
