We have made mistake in dates. Hotel promised refund, witch never happened. After asking for the refund in app there was no answer. I can't recommend this hotel.

酒店的大堂、房間和衞生間都比較大，我訂的是複式家庭房，有個按摩浴缸。早餐不錯。停車場也可以。位置有點偏但對自駕來説很合適

This Hotel (which is a Motel not a Hotel) is the worst nightmare I have ever experienced in a lifetime spent traveling the world over! Parking under the Hotel “at your own risk. The Hotel takes no responsibilities for thefts.” The A/C was not working at all - in a night of scorching heat (30 degrees Celsius), I called the Front Desk several times, they always told me they would look into it and resolve the issue and would get back to me/never did! DIDN’T SLEEP ALL NIGHT LONG because of the heat and stickiness in the room! In the morning I tried to take a shower: ONLY COLD WATER in the room! In the morning I went to complain at the Reception: very rude and arrogant personnel. At 7:15am I showed up at the Breakfast Buffet, literally NOTHING WAS LEFT! They told me “because they had a Group of Chinese that just had breakfast”. Please NO B.S. - I have never seen such an embarrassing scene (for the Hotel!) all my life!

I went on a trip with the class and for the price it is very good, I read the reviews before leaving and I expected it to be worse, the reviews are excessive. It wasn't top-notch and the breakfast wasn't very plentiful but some reviews are truly excessive and very underrated, perfect for spending the night, maximum 2, with friends. The location is not the best if you don't have transport available.

Alle ore 6 del mattino mi sono recata con mio marito al drive in motel poiché non avevamo le chiavi di casa , chiedamo il prezzo fino alle ore 16 il receptionist che sembrava lavorasse lì per la prima volta . Ci dice che il check out è alle ore 15. Tutto strano visto che è un motel . Ad ogni modo ci fa parcheggiare e fa una copia dei documenti , paghiamo 83 euro e andiamo a dormire . Alle ore 10 46 il telefono della camera inizia a suonare , una receptionist Mi urla di uscire che il check out è alle 11 … Io nonostante il trattamento rispondo in modo cortese che probabilmente c’è stato un errore . Le mi richiama sempre urlando che dobbiamo uscire . Una volta alla reception ci spiega che il ragazzo della mattina ha fatto un errore . E non possiamo restare fino alle 15… Nessun responsabile Nessuna risposta alle email Niente ragazzini lasciati a gestire l hotel Molto arroganti e maleducati

4 stelle?!? Forse, ma forse tre stelle ad esagerare! Pulizia sommaria, camera più che minimal, bagno idem. Accessori inesistenti, due saponette, due bagno doccia, due cuffiette doccia e due bicchieri di plastica... Phon anteguerra, non uno spazzolino e dentifricio. Non parliamo della colazione, un disastro! Buffet scarno e con prodotti dozzinali ed il personale addetto che non si sa cosa faccia, tutto da richiedere, bevande, alimenti, bicchieri ecc. Personale in generale gentile, ma non cortese e disponibile. Sicuramente non è una struttura 4 stelle, se non per il prezzo...meglio andare altrove! Da evitare !

Ci sono stato due volte. La prima ho cambiato 3 camere causa animaletti in ognuna. Una camera aveva grande odore di fumo. Pulizia assente, riscaldamento non funzionava e ventola rumorosa. Cassaforte non funzionante e scarico acqua malfunzionante. Bicchieri di plastica. La seconda volta minibar spento, bagno per invalidi caldissimo, abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta, telecomando TV non funzionante. Reception non all'altezza di un 4 stelle e senso generale di squallore. Da evitare.
