I stayed one night at this hotel and I don't have many things to complain about it. The double room is fine, oldish though, especially the bathroom, it needs a renovation. Check in and check out were good and people were kind enough. Breakfast is a bit poor for a 4 star. There is a parking lot just in front of the hotel and the city is reachable in less then 5 minutes by car. If it was summer I would have use the swimming pool which seems nice

Ho pernottato solo una notte. Parcheggio comodissimo di fianco l'hotel. Hall molto carina. Per il resto pessimo, corridoi con moquette sporca ed usurata, camera al 4 piano senza climatizzatore con 30 gradi esterni, termosifone in bagno bollente. Pulizia buone ma non da 4 stelle. Molto traffico soprattutto di notte con ambulanze che passano in continuazione. Alla mattina sala colazione con tutti i tavoli con stoviglie sporche ovunque. Ho aspettato 10 minuti per sedermi. Mele marce e affettati scuri, probabilmente tagliati giorni prima. Per avere un cappuccino ho dovuto chiedere tre volte. Ho tentato di dire alla reception che è stato impossibile dormire di notte causa caldo ma mi è stato risposto in malo modo che stanno tentando di risolvere. Pessima esperienza

Deludente Ho fatto la doccia alle 21 :30 ma il tempo di insaponarmi e non usciva più acqua calda,inoltre in camera fa molto caldo e non era funzionante l aria condizionata…sono andato a chiedere spiegazioni in reception dove mi hanno risposto laconicamente che non funzionava ,tutto mentre al telefono si scusavano con un altro cliente per via del frigobar che non refrigerava a sufficienza Far pagare una singola 60€ con questi disservizi non è assolutamente corretto La colazione invece era soddisfacente come la gentilezza di tutti gli operatori Anche la location è carina e silenziosa

Struttura anni 80 un po vecchiotta e in una zona diciamo industriale ma ho dormito bene e mangiato bene.. la colazione un po minimal ma tutto sommato posso ritenermi soddisfatto.. parcheggio gratuito a disposizione adiacente alla struttura

Guardi da internet è sembra un mega lusso poi quando arrivi trovi tutt'altra dimensione.. però vabbè sorvoliamo su questo... Siamo entrati e iniziano i problemi... Il signore che ci ha accolto è stato scortese e scontroso.. INIZIAMO GIA MALE... Mentre gli altri dello staff MOLTO CARINI E GENTILI. Avevo ordinato una camera matrimoniale con doccia grande.. Entriamo in camera e c'è puzza di chiuso..guardo per terra e trovo sporco e parque rovinato... Bagno piccolo e per una coppia non è l'ideale.. Mi ha deluso un po'...
