The people at the front desk where really welcoming and nice. There was reservations for the pools and the pool was warm. The room was better than I expected! I loved my stay at this hotel highly recommend!

Stayed with my 2 dogs. The pet friendly room was spacious and incredibly clean. I love that their pet friendly rooms don’t have carpet, they have hard wood instead, so I’m sure that helps keeping them absolutely spotless. I’ve been to plenty of hotels that just make their pet rooms the old/dirty/run down rooms, and I really appreciate that this hotel doesn’t do that. I was in town to visit family, and our stay was perfect.

We were in Brentwood for a family event so a number of us stayed at this hotel. I am an honors member of Hilton and have stayed at Hampton Inns in the past. Until this nightmare, I have always been satisfied. I was ashamed that I recommended this hotel to the rest of my family. This particular hotel should be condemned and the owners should be severely penalized and never be allowed to run another hotel. For what it cost, and prepaid at that, I thought it was at least a fairly good hotel. What an utter nightmare!! If you stay there after reading this, you are staying there at your own risk and deserve the crap you are likely to get. Filthy - stayed for a week and requested a change of sheets once - this did not happen. They remade the bed with the same dirty linens. Requested that the room be cleaned - this did not happen- stains on the carpets and dust everywhere. We returned in the evening to a filthy bathroom, literally an uncleaned tub and sink. I wish I had taken photos. Disgusting!! The coffee pot seemed as if it wasn't cleaned in months, we couldn't use it; there was leftover food in the fridge from previous guests. It was clear that the cleaning staff was incompetent and unsupervised. At one point, there were very few options for breakfast and the person in charge responded to our complaints by saying that she informed management that the deliveries were not made and there was nothing else she could do. One couple in our party had to change their room three times. Customer service was pitiful - making a huge fuss because we asked for bottled water at the desk and making excuses in response to complaints. Can you imagine them washing the entrance area of the hotel at the busy time when guests were getting breakfast and had to walk through this area? Yep! The floors were wet and slippery - dangerous and an accident waiting to happen. We had prepaid, and, as seniors, didn't have the means to change hotels. The very sad part of this horrendous saga was that when I complained to Hilton, as a member of Hilton Honors, I got no satisfaction whatsoever!!

Breakfast is not a buffet. If the English is not good, it will be inconvenient. A three-person meal will be ordered. As a result, the agent only gave a two-person meal. It was an unexpected surprise.

I stay at holiday inn express often when traveling on business and this location is a bit out there in Tracy so wasn’t sure what I was going to get. When I arrived the clerk was dealing with a strange guy who did not appear to be staying there. But she handled it professionally. I made a joke about the life of the desk clerk and she was clearly relieved to have him leave. She was great to deal with and gave me an upgrade to a suite due to my diamond status but which I never get at HIE. But a friendly face when you are traveling is always the best greeting. Fresh cookies and a USA Today at the front (yes I still like to read the newspaper). The suite was really nice, plenty of room, a nice bathroom and no hoops to jump through for climate control. The normal breakfast area was being renovated but the conference room they used was just fine. Overall if you are in this area I definitely recommend this spot, will stay there again.

Book here because it is convenient to go to Yosemite. Unexpectedly, the hotel is very pleasant and quiet. It is owned by the Hilton Hotel, with a gym and self-service laundry, representing the characteristics of the American Country Hotel. Breakfast is average, American breakfast is almost the same. There are outlets not far away, there is also a dining area, there are many choices, there is a Dahua supermarket, choose more, good value for money. Choose here, shopping and accommodation are all done.

Wendy was nothing but helpful and had a great attitude. If I were to visit any more hotels in the future I hope I have the same experience I had with her. She made sure to let us know everything we could use around the hotel and was of great service.

We stayed here last May and had a good experience, so we decided to stay again. Property hadn't changed much. Plenty of parking, easy access to 580 freeway. Even with a lot of people staying, did not hear much noise at night. Rooms have everything you need. No daily cleaning though. Was told at check in that if we needed something, let them know. We didn't. Rooms are clean, but the only issue were the ants in the bathroom. Coming up the shower drain and in the sink area. Sometimes a lot, sometimes not so many. Did let them know at check-out. Would probably stay again. Was advised by locals not to stay on the other side of the freeway where the outlets and new hotels are due to the homeless. We didn't see any over there. They do get car break ins at the outlets, so be mindful of that.

Went to Outlet for shopping, and booked this hotel in Yosemite the next day. Hilton's quality is guaranteed. What surprised me was dinner. I didn't hope for it, but I ended up having the best steak on my trip to the United States! Breakfast is paid separately, which is definitely value for money!

Very clean, sofa was also unreasonable to use as a sofa bed Meals are typical American breakfasts, so you can't expect them to eat.
