The hotel room was spacious and quiet. Good location and easy to park. The loading bay next to the hotel really helped. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Definitely come back again.

I selected the hotel because it was close to family, trains and buses. The breakfast was good, but the same very single day so became boring rather quickly. The air conditioners in the rooms are absolutely pathetic. It was a hot summer, and my room reached 35 degrees Celsius, with the air conditioner running at full capacity. I complained, and the friendly staff moved me to another room. Same problem. When I asked for my room to be cleaned, the bin was emptied and I received two new towels. No new linen and pillow case, even though I had to take cold showers for four nights to stop sweating. When I complained, I received two new pillow cases. My linen was not changed, the bathroom was not cleaned and the carpets not vacuumed once. I gave up asking. Even though the hotel is situated at a fantastic location, I will hesitate to use it again. It is not value for money. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The hotel is not far from Kew Bridge. There is road construction at the door and houses are being built on the left side of the hotel. There are restaurants and Gairl Coffee nearby, so it is quite convenient. The hotel itself is in its usual style, there are quite a lot of breakfasts, the rooms are quite large, and it is generally suitable for business trips, but it is not beautiful to double the summer vacation

Lovely staff made the stay. Of course, always a great night's sleep, too! The Kew Bridge Premier Inn is on the very regular 65 bus route (amongst others) and it's so easy to go to Richmond, Kew Gardens, the Steam Museum, Musical Museum from this great base.

Easy to book and speak to the reception. Easy to reach, away from busy road, very good car park and cheap. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The price was very good. I will go back

I choose to stay at Premier Inn Kew Bridge for the convenience of its location to work but also because of the staff. Arrived early pre checkin time on Tuesday in a blisteringly hot and humid London. Parked in the underground carpark and walked into reception and asked if it were possible to have the air conditioning in my room left on prior to my arrival and check in later that afternoon. Nothing was a problem or too much trouble and when I arrived back later hot and uncomfortable I checked in and walked into a wonderfully cool room. A simple thing but one that ensured I had a great nights sleep. This is my go to work hotel for good reason. Spotlessly clean, comfortable consistent and really helpful staff. Discounted parking, great location and food on site. If I had to pick one point that could be improved and it's a very small thing. It would be great if they could serve the food on hot or warm plates as the food is great but on cold plates it does go cold quickly! but thats a small thing.

I had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Lorraine and Justina during my stay at Hotel Kew Bridge, and I can honestly say they were both outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Lorraine made me feel welcomed and at ease. Her warm smile and friendly attitude set the tone for the entire stay. She was not only professional but genuinely kind and attentive, always making sure everything was just right. Justina was equally incredible — calm, caring, and incredibly supportive. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, showing a level of care that truly stood out. It’s clear that both Lorraine and Justina take real pride in what they do, and it shows in the way they treat guests. Their teamwork, kindness, and attention to detail made my experience at Hotel Kew Bridge feel less like a hotel stay and more like a home away from home. People like Lorraine and Justina are the heart of hospitality, and I’m genuinely thankful for everything they did. Highly recommended — 5 stars all the way.
