酒店地點距離kew bridge不遠，門口在施工修路，酒店左邊在造房子，走過去有吃飯的餐廳等，有gairl 咖啡，還算便利。酒店本身一貫風格，早餐還是比較多的，房間算大，總體出差住比較適合，就是暑期放假翻倍不美麗

I went with my family for a 9-day stay. Even though we left a sign on the door that said the cleaning needed to be done, it was not done. We got to the point where we ran out of toilet paper and even though we spoke to reception, the situation did not improve. After four days they did some cleaning but only one of the three beds was made.

This was a bad premier experience! We stay regularly at Premier inns because of value and the breakfast and this was the worst breakfast experience we have ever had in any hotel/ b and b we have ever stayed! Massive cues, due to no plates, no hot food, and when there was it was undercooked and no staff. No body was happy people were even putting breakfast items onto a slice of bread they were holding just to get something to eat! Save your money and go to macdonlds or greggs over the road because we gave up and left after having a coffee!

No hot water- had to have a bath with cold to luke warm at 04:30 am in the morning before catching an early morning day-long flight. (Was in Room 232). Also, no one answered the phone when we were calling before reaching the Hotel - we called five times but no one bothered to pick up and it just kept ringing and ringing. Unlikely to want to stay again.

Nice stay and good value for the price . A little tatty and tired in areas but wasn’t expecting the Ritz. Perfect location for the football and parking very safe and easy next door using the Yourparking app. Didn’t use the hotels own parking as reviews not great . Slight cleanliness issue with a bottle of vodka found under our daughter’s bed . Staff all friendly and food adequate. Wouldn’t have any issues staying again .

Fire alarm went off at 5am left room to get out of the premises only to be told it was a false Alarm at the reception desk !!! Contacted guest relations they said as a customer had an issue with their shower which set off the alarm they would not refund my money .. ridiculous because I was not told this
