The location is quite convenient, the room is clean, the space is sufficient, and the breakfast is OK.

Everything in this hotel is great apart from the way they make you pay for a reasonable Internet connection (but restrict that paid service to only 3 devices) Staff are really friendly. Location great. Bed WOW! - didn't want to get up. Such a shame that this one aspect lets it all down. The free internet is no good at all as throttled down to an unusable 0.4Mbps to force you to upgrade.

A pleasant overnight stay. The staff are great and extremely helpful - particularly the Duty Manager (Jeswil) when I needed some assistance with parking. The rooms are plain but well-appointed with everything you need and our room was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise in the London area. An excellent nights sleep and a good self-service breakfast with good quality options available. This hotel is near Kew Bridge station and well-placed for access to Kew Gardens, the Musical Museum (history of all things mechanically and electronically musical - well worth a visit for all ages) and the London Museum of Water & Steam.

Had a positive experience at the hotel. Not a sophisticated hotel, but simple and good. Great staff made the overall stay very positive

One night stay on 10 Sept 2024. Noisy fan in bathroom kept me awake all night. Left an item in my room: telephoned as soon as I got home on 11 Sept and no-one picked up. Three attempts and still trying to get through. It may not be a five star hotel but I expect someone to be there to answer a telephone. Very poor. Not really Premier is it?

2 night budget friendly end of school holidays trip to London ( 2 adults and 1 teen). Probably the best Premier Inn we've stayed in. Logistically hotel is in Brentford and not Kew. Easy to reach on public transport from central London. Get off at Gunnersbury tube, and take bus 237 to Goat Wharf, right outside hotel. Staff member at Reception was very welcoming, straight up to room. Delighted to find it had effective and quiet A/C. Our third floor room faced the High Street, but it was so quiet you would never know. Clean and comfy, but obviously no frills. Ate in hotel the first night and had the meal deal option. All freshly cooked and delicious. Viktoria and the large male member of staff served us ( sorry didn't get his name but he has adult triplets!). They were extremely friendly, chatty and welcoming. Slept like logs on both nights. Breakfast was again fresh and plentiful with friendly staff. Couple of minutes walk from the Thames, could see Kew's greenhouses on the other side, a couple of restaurants and a pub are nearby. An arcade of shops including a supermarket across the road ( didn't visit). It's a shame all budget hotels can't be this good.
