Travelodge London Kew Bridge Hotel

Ok for the night. A Bit expensive but for one night is was OK. But no staff around and no air conditioning in room.

I stayed here for three nights and my overall experience was good. i went in with a lot apprehension not knowing how it is going to be as this was my first with the Travelodge group. Check in was smooth, the staff was pleasant. Extremely basic hotel with no air conditioner etc; though they provided a desk fan. I had a family room which had a king size bed and a small be by the side. Work desk , two chairs, open wardrobe. Clean bathroom. I used the restaurant only once for breakfast. Decent spread and Lorraine at the restaurant on duty was extremely helpful and service oriented. Few Suggestions. 1. Better fans for the rooms as in summer the place gets extremely hot. 2. I felt, lifts are a bit dirty and had foul smell , needs attention 3. Water bottles..... restaurant should keep bigger water bottles than the small little cans for the travellers. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

I stayed for 2 nights by myself as I wanted to visit central London and Kew gardens. The location was convenient as there was a bus station just outside and a few train stations at a walkable distance. There are plenty of pubs in the area and plenty of space in the hotels car parks, so it was a worry off my chest. The staff were all great, special thanks to Muhammad who checked me in as he was very knowledgeable on the area and friendly. Also, thank you to Lorraine who was serving breakfast, everything was delicious!

I had a great stay! I really enjoyed breakfast - shout-out to Lorainnne for her wonderful service, her positive energy is infectious! Also, the gentleman who checked me in, Muhammad, was friendly and very helpful.

I stayed at kew bridge branch for 4days. Very nice atmosphere around the hotel and the staff were very friendly and kind. Muhammad was so helpful. I would like to thank to him.

I love coming to this hotel because I know the rooms are very clean and breakfast I love so much to choose.The staff are all amazing.And thank you lorraine for your hospitality we will be back

Overall our stay was fine. Staff were friendly and well priced parking. Ideal location - good transport connections and had a very enjoyable meal at the Black Dog pub. Negatives were poor soundproofing and how hot it was (we visited in mid May when it was only 15 degrees outside and the room was roasting). Bathroom was also very tight and the door kept jamming into the toilet seat. It was good value for money but would probably look to stay in the premier inn in future.
