The food was good. Room needs refurbishment to come at par with modern hotels and Hilton names. Location is superb.

Literally next (or connected) to Paddington Station. Great location if you are using Paddington station to travel to other cities or to Heathrow airport. Also Underground just right opposite the hotel. It has a classy reception and the room has huge bathroom with bath tub. A typical classic hotel I would expect but the carpet feels aged ....

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. The hotel was incredibly clean and tidy, from the lobby to the rooms. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

Came here for my 21st birthday weekend - the only reasonable place I could find to stay on a budget. It was so clean and my triple room was really spacious, never expected so much space in a London room on the lower price point! I was a bit nervous to arrive as I had seen some bad reviews online but when I arrived I was so thrilled - clean, staff were helpful and friendly, great location.

I always stay this hotel when I went to London, but this time is very bad experience due to air con issue but no one follow up or change room for us. Staying in a very hot room for one night.

The hotel very convenient area all near by . My room actually standart but they offer for upgrade at Executive tower and I can access to lounge all the time . Metro and train station just walk within 2minn. I’m sure I will back here again . For halal food also near by . That restaurant and food very nice * Tokdin restoran* .just walk 5-8min from the hotel .

The hotel was right next to Paddington station was super convenient location wise. Hotel room is clean but not much amenities. They do have hand wash, lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. No fridge though. The room was super warm and had to call 3 times before someone came to the room to fix it. The guest relations line always taking forever for someone to pick up the phone.

Love its location. There’s a door just above M&S for guests to enter hotel from the station. Though dated, this hotel is very well maintained. However, do note there’s no fridge provided in the room.

Very clean and spacious.
Super good breakfast.
20mins transportation from Heathrow Airport.
Pop on and off golden bus just around the corner.
