Great place for family vacation. There is a lot of activities for the kids, staff is super friendly and helpful. Wellness and Spa area is high quality. You can spend a week without leaving the hotel. New playroom and working spaces are top! Nearby Ski school at Ladurns is good choice for kids and adults.

Our stay at Feuerstein Nature Family Resort was absolutely amazing! As a family with little ones aged 3 and 6, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The kids absolutely loved the kids' club, and it's worth adding that my boy always cries and refuses to go to places like this when we go on holidays. Kids always spent morning outside on fresh air, followed by lunch and activity in the afternoon. The hotel also offered a fantastic range of activities for parents to enjoy doing with the kids, from painting and a wood workshop to swimming and football. As the children were entertained and happy it allowed us as parents to relax and enjoy some much-needed adult time. The food was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a perfect balance of fun for kids and adult time for parents!

Stayed here for half term week. It was absolutely incredible. The staff, the food, the facilities, the rooms… I have never been to a hotel with so much stuff to do for kids and the quality of activities for them was SO good. If you are looking for a hotel for kids in a stunning area this is it.

This was our first winter abroad holiday as a family. Resort is well situated in stunning scenery, views from restaurant and pool/spa were idilic. Staff were so friendly and really felt like a small, personal team. In particular special mention to Renato who looked after us every evening in the restaurant with fantastic attention to detail. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job as hotel and rooms spotless. The hotel is family centred, was so much to keep us all entertained. We loved the ninja warrior course and action room. The food options were great for little and big palates. We were able to borrow all the baby things we needed from the hotel. Pool and spa were great and a nice balance between child focused and luxury relaxation. Our son went on the bus everyday to ski school and the pick up and drop off service to the slopes was fantastic and he was well looked after. Fantastic outdoor play facilities and we all loved the sledging!! Thank you for a special trip!!!

Amazing experience! I would definitely recommend the Feuerstein to the ones with little babies and kids. Great services like the babyclub (up to 60 hours per week of babycare included in the hotel services) and fantastic Spa (jacuzzi and Finnish sauna are superb) and pools. Even food at the restaurant was excellent, especially soups and meat. Will definitely visit you again. My baby Nicola enjoyed his stay as well . A positive review also for the professionalism of the fitness coach Paolo (during his functional and postural training sessions) and the babysitter Federica (provided me and Nicola with massive help during trekking trip to the Malga Alriss), that did a wonderful job. This resort has thought of every little detail to make a relaxing and fun holiday for both adults and kids. We stayed with our two year old who got on famously with the very lovely staff in the creche whilst we got out for a few hikes in the mountains. In the afternoon there was lots of low key family activities like painting or cooking marshmallows over a fire. The food was excellent and the restaurant is laid out in such a way that, even though it was full of families with small kids, it didn't feel noisy or chaotic. We also liked that we had the same waiter (Francesco) every evening so we didn't have to repeatedly explain preferences and allergies. The pool area was lovely. The gym is lovely too. My daughter's favourite place was the playground and trampoline! Unfortunately we didn't have much time to enjoy the adult spa but there's always next time!

Excellent resort. Beautiful location. Food fantastic. Such an easy place to stay with young children. The 4 pools were excellent. We made use of the free activities including the wood working session, climbing wall, bungee trampolines and keychain making.

The hotel is perfect ! Nothing goes wrong, people are always available and there are opportunities for all ages. The only thing I would point as need for a change is the app that you use to book the activities that many times does not work saving the activities you booked. But for that we were always welcomed in any place. No problems at all.
