Das hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und geräumig,
Bad ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Frühstück ist in Buffetfom alles vorhanden. Lage ausgezeichnet für Sehenswürdigkeiten ( klima haus, Hafen, Innenstadt)würden das B&B Hotel wieder buchen.

Waren eine Nacht zu 3 in einem Dreibettzimmer, das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend. Lediglich wären Steckdosen am Bett hilfreich. Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir konnten bereits 1 Stunde vorher einchecken und die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam :) Parkplatz war kostenlos und durfte auch ausnahmsweise nach Checkout verwendet werden, Top Service ! Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt am Hafen, alle nennenswerten Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß innerhalb von 10min zu erreichen.

Had to cancel a 2 night booking which was 1 month away and this hotel refused to wave any charges, was charged full price even though there was no cost to the hotel. I of course will never use this place again and neither will anyone in my company. If you care about customer service I suggest you stay well away too.
