There was a hiccup at check-in as we could not activate the room card. So we had to call for help. The remote "receptionist" provided help and we could finally access our room. The room was large and clean; the shower was a bit small. The breakfast was adequate with a decent selection of bread, fruit, cereals and other items. We were a little apprehensive to book Stuub as it is not the usual type of property we stay at (without a reception desk with a human you can talk to). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would possibly stay at another Stuub. We did see staff on site but apart from the "breakfast lady" who smiled and talked to us (despite the linguistic barrier), they did not acknowledge our presence and did not show any interest in customer service.

We were here for a transit. The area is beautiful and we were actually sorry to leave in such a rush. It was easy to access the hotel with the code provided in the email. Check-in and check-out was done with a tablet. There wasn’t anyone present on site to assist. This wasn’t an issue for us, but other guests were looking to use amenities (which were advertised), and were unable to reach anyone. We booked the XS room, which was fine because we only stayed 1 night. For longer stays and 2 people, I’d advise a larger room. The room was mostly clean. The bed was made and there were clean towels. However, someone had left us an opened bottle of wine, which seemed a bit sloppy.

Problemloses Einchecken, schönes Zimmer mit toller Bettwäsche. Habe sehr gut geschlafen und das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war wirklich top. Es gab alles mögliche, vom leckern Kaffee bis Wurst, Käse, Eiern, Müsli usw....Wir wurden sehr freundlich behandelt. Würde immer wieder buchen.

Sehr schickes kleines Hotel mit großen ordentlichen Zimmern und gutem Frühstück. Toll war auch der einfache einfache self-Check-in. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage für die Unternehmungen im Hochschwarzwald, bis in den Ort rein sind es allerdings 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Unglaublich freundliches Personal, sehr schönes Ambiente, tolle Lage. Einem Wunsch auf Zimmer-Wechsel wurde unkompliziert angenommen. Informationen mit Türcode und Check in kamen vorzeitig per Mail und waren leicht verständlich.

Wir kamen außerhalb der Saison, deshalb erschienen das Haus bei der Anreise leer. Die informative Mail hat das Einchecken problemlos gemacht. Haus und Zimmer angenehm warm. Das Frühstück aber ausgezeichnet, sehr schmackhafte Eier, herzhafte Schinken und Käse, Marmelade und alles was man sich sonst noch wünschen könnte. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind sehr positiv überrascht von einem komfortablen Studio im OG mit viel Raum und fast neu ausgestattet. Am Abend noch die neue Sauna genießen können und anschließend zum Relaxen ins gemütliche Zimmer. Herrlich morgens aus den Dachfenstern den Sonnenaufgang zu sehen und anschließend das leckere Frühstück buffet in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Hotel empfehle ich sehr gerne weiter und komme sicher wieder zurück. Viele Grüße Andreas

Leider sind die Zimmer sehr lieblos eingerichtet und extrem spartanisch. Das Badezimmer ebenfalls alt und nicht 100% clean. Die Küche war uralt und müffelte irgendwie und es gab zu wenig Gläser und Null Gewürze oder Ähnliches. Frühstücksbuffet gut. Insgesamt nicht so gut.
