There was a hiccup at check-in as we could not activate the room card. So we had to call for help. The remote "receptionist" provided help and we could finally access our room. The room was large and clean; the shower was a bit small. The breakfast was adequate with a decent selection of bread, fruit, cereals and other items. We were a little apprehensive to book Stuub as it is not the usual type of property we stay at (without a reception desk with a human you can talk to). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would possibly stay at another Stuub. We did see staff on site but apart from the "breakfast lady" who smiled and talked to us (despite the linguistic barrier), they did not acknowledge our presence and did not show any interest in customer service.

We were here for a transit. The area is beautiful and we were actually sorry to leave in such a rush. It was easy to access the hotel with the code provided in the email. Check-in and check-out was done with a tablet. There wasn’t anyone present on site to assist. This wasn’t an issue for us, but other guests were looking to use amenities (which were advertised), and were unable to reach anyone. We booked the XS room, which was fine because we only stayed 1 night. For longer stays and 2 people, I’d advise a larger room. The room was mostly clean. The bed was made and there were clean towels. However, someone had left us an opened bottle of wine, which seemed a bit sloppy.

Begeistert von der Möglichkeit bis spät nachts noch einchecken zu können. Das Zimmer war zwar klein (wir hatten ja auch ein kleines gebucht), aber mit allem ausgestattet was man für 2 -3 Übernachtungen braucht. Auch sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern, alles war sauber und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten das Frühstück gebucht - ich schwärme jetzt noch davon. Es gab einfach alles, was das Herz begehrt, diverse Wurstsorten, Biokäse, frische gemachten Obstsalat - sogar Waffeln konnte man sich backen. Alles in allem - nur zu empfehlen....

Komplettangebot sehr zufriedenstellend, Zimmer sehr schön, sehr sauber, Dusche und Bad angenehm groß, schöne Aussicht, Balkon toll, schnelles Ein- und Auschecken, Frühstück ausgewogen, Lage sehr schön, schnell ohne große Ortskenntnis zu finden.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig. Das Hotel ist extrem Schallisoliert, denn mann höhrt keine geräusche der anderen Gäste. Mann hat vom Hotel aus einen super Blick auf die Hinterzartener Skisprungschanze. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichlich und lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine Zwischenreinigung wäre nach 2tage OK nach 3 Tage etwas zu lange. Man könnte auch Spiegeleier zum Frühstück anbieten und ein bisschen Abwechslung an Wurst. Ansonsten alles super, Personal nett und Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. Am Abend könnte man mehr zum Essen anbieten.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft mit sehr leckerem Frühstück. Zimmer sind sauber und der Fitnessbereich überzeugt mit vielen verschiedenen Geräten. Aufgrund der Räumlichkeiten sind leider wenig Liegen beim Saunabereich. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne weiter.
