This was our first night back in Germany and we decided to walk the short distance to the Adler for dinner. The dinner was very good, albeit the menu was not as extensive as before. The highlight of the evening, perhaps, was meeting up again with the owner of the hotel.

Happy that the room was super clean and breakfast was served with a smile. Actually, nothing was complicated and bed was comfortable, especially pillows…TV has mostly German channels but internet was good so we weren’t bothered to watch too much. We could have done with a fridge in the room as my son likes his choc drinks, etc but all in all we would revisit as it is really clean and bathroom and shower super!

When in the neighborhood of Breisgau which is mostly underway for summer holiday or skiing vice versa to and from the south, we always visit Gasthof Adler for at least one time dinner. Think we did so already more then 20 times. Always good, we enjoy and enjoyed it a lot.

Deze plek is zo’n beetje een vaste plek om op doorreis op de camping te overnachten en hier te eten. Was wederom prima, volgende keer maar weer. Is wel altijd druk bezocht en men heeft soms een rustdag, dus wel even van te voren checken of men open is en plek heeft.

Een mooi hotel, prima kamer, heerlijke douche, ook gelegenheid om te dineren wat heerlijk was. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Super uitgebreid. De bediening was zeer vriendelijk. Een aanrader. Voor ons was het een overnachtingsplek tussen 2 reisdagen.

Al jaren een vaste plek om te eten als we in de buurt zijn. Meestal zijn we dan op doorreis (zomer of winter) naar skigebied of zomerbestemming en terug. Lekkere gerechten, zomers heerlijk terras. Voor ons een vrij goede plek om lekker te zitten en te genieten.

Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Darüber hinaus können Wohnmobile im nahe gelegenen Campingplatz parken. Der Campingplatz ist übersichtlich und fällt nicht auf. Das Essen im Hotel ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Frühstück ist angemessen. Für Freizeitaktivitäten ist das Hotel ideal

We sliepen hier twee nachten op doorreis, en dat was dik voor elkaar. De kamers zijn solide "Duits" ingericht, dus wat licht hout enzo, maar schoon en heel. Een designprijs zal het niet opleveren, maar functioneel is alles dik voor elkaar. De bedden sliepen heerlijk, en de badkamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Op donderdag aankomen is een "ding", want dat is de dag dat het restaurant dicht is, en de receptie schaars bemenst is. Restaurant zelf was prima, ze hebben lekkere lokale gerechten, en op de kaart voor elk wel wat wils.
