Repaint urgently needed. Couch in the living room is an impertinence. Balcony chairs are also to be replaced. Vacuum cleaner didn't work. Bed pillows are not clean. We personally missed an oven. A single German TV program... Conclusion: we would not rent

Only the seat is in need of renewal. For the rest, everything is fine in terms of bathroom, sleeping accommodation and kitchen utensils. Best regards

Very nice, functionally furnished apartment. Shops, restaurants, tram and beach within walking distance. Very nice on-site support, short-term extension possible without any problems.
