This morning (17 april 7.00 am) I went for a coffee in IBIS Styles. The lady serving , served my coffee but did not put sugar and she left. I asked for sugar but NO response, so I asked again a little louder so she could hear me in the inner room. She came back and snapped at me that I should be patient. I rarely get treated so badly. Coffee was good. But I never go there again. I dont need to be shouted at on a nice morning. I will find a place with friendly staff. Dr. Corneillie

We liked the hotel from the moment we arrived. It's completely new and has realey nice vibes with the suf team in the whole hotel. It's close to the beach and magnificent dunes of Bredene, with public transport we where in 15 minutes in the center off Ostend to do some nice shopping. The breakfast is nice presented and from good quality. I diffentley go back in spring and can't wait to go surfing in the Twins surfclub to be in the vibe off the hotel! Not to forget the beds are really good.

Very welcoming and helpful team during the stay. Cozy bar available and nicely decorated rooms. Keep in mind... for the moment still a bit of a building suite around & some beginning issues to be addressed. (internet/TV channels) But definitely a very nice potential at a great location , closeby beach/bars/frietkot :)

Great hotel in surfing style, almost a homely atmosphere. Friendly welcome, nicely decorated and clean room. Delicious, extensive, varied hot and cold breakfast buffet. Well located with many nice restaurants nearby. Nature walks in the dunes and along the beach are recommended. We will definitely return here!

Brand new hotel located in the pretty seaside resort of Bredene. A stone's throw from the shopping street and restaurants. Great welcome in French, breakfast a little expensive for what is offered, very comfortable beds, decoration in line with the joys of the sea.

Had a terrible experience... the rooms could not be heated, changed rooms four times and the last room was the noisiest. Barely had breakfast, only one day out of two. Fortunately, the staff was friendly and did everything they could to make this "brand new" nightmare a reality. what to alleviate? Don't really understand all those positive reviews?

The hotel was more than half full and yet you get a room near a construction site where drilling takes place in the early morning. The hotel should have let us know this in advance, or at least given a room on the other side since they were empty anyway.
