The words themselves are kind, but they are not willing to improve on the failure. I tried to call the lip session because the TV was not good, but the phone was also in trouble. The repairman came and fixed the TV, but the phone couldn't be fixed. I couldn't make room service because I couldn't make a phone call, so I couldn't make room service for a while, so I asked him to deliver it. Later, the bed sofa didn't work, so I made an appointment for two people and gave them a broken bed sofa. When I asked for a room change, it was said that it was difficult because all rooms were full. I'm not sure how far I can trust the staff. However, the staff at the breakfast room are very friendly. Only the reception staff seems to be less willing to respond positively. I don't think I'll come again.

Basic .There is a bus stop round the corner.The last bus back leaves Breda at 6 30 ish.So if you fancy a night out in Breda bus in cab out.The adjacent Campanile has a nice bar/restaurant .Watch the pricing..Sometimes for whatever AI silliness the Campanile is cheaper..

Went with a holiday company on coach trip .very happy with my room comfortable bed and room very clean .the room overlooked train station but heard no noise at all.Was very pleased as im easy disturbed by noise but it was lovely and quiet .One of the best things about the stay was the really lovely girls on reception .always friendly and s Smileing and would have a little chat a short walk a cross a beautiful park into the town .excellent hotel would love to come back to.

We stayed overnight at the campanile in Breda. It was easy to find and on arrival we had a very friendly and informative introduction from the member of staff in reception .the room was clean and met all our needs. The beds were a bit too soft for our liking , two feather pillows and two synthetic would cover all preferences. We had a sufficient sleep and were again treated in a friendly manner upon checkout. We would use Campaniles again for overnight stays

Booked a last minute stay for 2 nights, upon arrival as we were early I went to reception to ask for directions to the parking, the young lady did give them i repeated what she said and off I go drive around and around with no joy, go back to the hotel to ask again same young lady with attitude explains again but this time she does say it’s underground below the ****** ( like I’m meant to be psychic) and not at the back of the hotel as she’d previously stated. When we were able to check in her attitude hadn’t changed and felt we were an inconvenience and she didn’t want to be there! The room allocated didn’t a bath I kindly advised I’d booked one with a bath, this again put her out! Checked out this morning with a lovely lady in reception and politely advised her to check the bed as I have what appear to be bed bug bites:(
