We’ve just returned from a 2 night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After sending an email to the hotel, they kindly upgraded us to a sea facing room which really enhanced our experience. The staff are all friendly, professional and courteous. The room itself had been refurbished and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was of a very good standard with plenty of choice. We had dinner one night which was of a high standard and the service was very attentive. The hotel clearly sells itself on the stunning view which is the star of this establishment. During our short time there we visited the beachside grill and had lunch. Although it belongs to the hotel it has a very different vibe with dogs and noise. Our visit to the thermal suite was enjoyable but sadly the hot tub wasn’t very hot. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and appreciate the hotels kindness in upgrading our room.

A welcomed post Christmas & New Year family break. We stayed in one of the hotel’s apartments. I was concerned that the Art Deco hotel might have been stuck with 1930’s decoration and plumbing - a faded shadow of its former self. It was also the end of the season; would the staff be jaded. No! They couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much of a problem. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped, spacious and clean; the hotel spa and swimming pool equally welcoming and clean. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Location and hotel appearance is great, spa is good. Food was a huge disappointment both in the restaurant and at breakfast. The staff while mostly polite weren’t up-to the task of delivering what this hotel promises.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is breathtaking with the beach below you and rabbits grazing on the lawn at dusk. The service is exemplary and all the staff we met were friendly and very efficient. The Beachside Grill was lovely for dinner, and breakfast was really good too. If you can book a room with a sea view it would be worth it. We didn't use the spa this time but I've experienced it before and it's wonderful. We'll be back for sure.

My friend and I only stayed here for one night but we had such a wonderful relaxing time. The views are outstanding, I would highly recommend the sea view rooms as you could perch on the windowsill and look out at the view which changed with the tides. The staff were some of the friendliest I have ever encountered in a hotel, they really made you feel welcome. I will definitely revisit with my husband for longer next time.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Can be a bit of expensive especially at the height of the season so we tend to look out for winter offers.
