The team excellentt, year after year. The concierge always recognise you and greets you warmly. The food is good, the service and so is the thermal Spa. I never normally write reviews, but every time I do because the service is so exceptional. Well done, Saunton Sands Hotel.

Stayed here twice and can thoroughly recommend everything on offer. Also staying again in September. Great location for surfing Saunton, Croyde Bay and Woolacombe. What a view of the beach! Great food and choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I stayed with my two grown up daughters in a family suite on both occasions - accommodation is faultless. Spa and treatments plus indoor and outdoor pools are great. Games room also good - Euro 2024 was on the TV. Dry coats were a nice feature on the day it was cold and wet. You get amazing sun sets on the beach. It really is a gem and all the staff provide a great experience. Great memories!

Wow! What an amazing stay! This hotel has everything. We stayed with our 2 daughters (5 and 8) for a 2 night stay. The staff were all so lovely and friendly. The pools and facilities were top notch and the view from all the windows in the hotel was breathtaking. We will definitely be returning.

Been here on a number occasions, and never really disappointed. Lovely views from the lounge and restaurant. Stayed B&B and breakfast is a standard buffet, with your normal cold selection of egg, bacon beans sausage etc. Evening meal are ok, but we prefer to plod of down the the beach restaurants, hope to return again soon.

2 night stay. Weather for November was exceptional - sunny. Great stay as always - friendly and helpful staff. You will not be disappointed.

Great location. Old old old decor. No air con. Basic room facility. Our room balcony had another rooms window opening on to it. Construction boise from 10-3 non stop. Same boring breakfast daily. Charged for coffees. But staff were wonderful. So polite and helpful. Flawless service.

We didn’t book a sea view but for £250 a night were expecting something special. So disappointing. Room was tired and tatty, bathroom basic at best. The worst thing was it was really dirty. We were offered to move to a similar room the floor above but this seemed pointless if same tiredness. We opted for it to be cleaned instead. Communal areas and spa were nice, although again a bit tatty eg inside the lift doors were filthy, cobwebs in the bar window and woodwork needed painting. Lovely huge spa window was dirty. Staff were very nice. Food in Beach Grill was good and reasonable and of course the location was amazing. Hotel itself was a real let down though.

Very enjoyable stay, excellent facilities, staff attitude was excellent everywhere. Have stayed in a lot of nice hotels, but staff here are the best, genuine, friendly and great customer service
