The hotel is not far from the old town and the castle, about 1 km. The hotel has its own parking lot and the charges are reasonable. The room is large and fully equipped, and you can cook your own meals. The girl at the front desk was very nice. After I checked out at 10 o'clock the next morning, I asked to continue parking until the afternoon. She agreed without hesitation, which was great.

The location is quiet and bustling, but if you need to take a few large luggage, it may not be so convenient, because it is a distance from the bus, the room is very clean, the space is large enough, will stay again 👍🏻

This hotel refused to refund my money when my flight was canceled due to bad weather. Be careful. They are willing to steal your money. I contacted them several time but they basically said, not our problem that your flight was canceled. Terrible they way they treat potential customers!

Great location, very nice staff that help us with all us asking. Good and tasty breakfast. Very nice apartment with balcony. Very easy to go to old city, it's really 10 minutes of walking from there.

Located right between old town and the castle, this hotel may be priced like a 3-star, but offers full-on apartments! I booked it for $70/night in Chase Reward Points (it came up as the most affordable option) and got a one-bedroom penthouse with a view of Bratislava's castle itself! I had a full kitchen and even a washing machine. Unreal!

Booked a stay in this hotel in 2020 before the pandemic hit. Took my money and when no one could travel due to Covid, proposed giving me a voucher valid for 1 year so you could travel at another point. 1 year later still Covid and no travel. Finally asked after Covid if I can use it now and was told tough luck it was valid for 1 year (like I could have gone there in 2021...). Shameless company

Appartamento pulito, comodo, con tutti i comfort. Personale professionale, attento e gentile nonostante il problema della lingua. Lo consiglio. Inoltre la città è stupenda. Consigliatissimo. La struttura è vicino al centro storico della città.
