"The hotel is not a big hotel, but it should be good locally. The hotel lobby is not 10 minutes bright, but the design is OK. The front desk staff are 10 minutes Nice. The room is also very design, but it is noted that the cellar and the window sill are dirty and the breakfast restaurant is well designed. Can be a punch card, breakfast is delicious, the overall feeling is still good, comfortable."
"A staff will reach out to you the day before check in and provide you details. You will collect the apartment keys from the keybox at the apartment building. It was a little confusing to find the correct apartment building as there were 2 side by side. Apartment was small but cozy and sufficiently comfortable. My apartment was on the 2nd floor and you could hear some commotion from the streets but it was still manageable."
"A pleasant apartment hotel, located in the old town, not too far from the train station, there are trams to reach, the location is very good, the attractions are also walking distance.
Kitchenette and room, bathrooms are well organized, clean and comfortable, highly recommended."

Outstanding
KKobe & KyleThe location was great, just a very short walk to the Michael’s Gate and the old town. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and had AC which was very important after the warm day in the sun.
AAndy NubeSuch a quaint and chic hotel. The design transports you to the days of opulence past, but do not think that the furniture are old. They are brand new. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff is top notch. You will find hidden gems throughout the hotel. The Saloon, Spa, and terrace. Check out the lift. Was pleasantly surprised that they use L'Occitane for their amenities in the bath room. Definitely want to come again.
GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay here. The service is excellent. It is close to the main train station, about 20 minutes walk to the Old Town, there are quite a number of buses make a stop near the hotel including Tram no. 1 that goes by the Old Town. The bed is very comfortable as well as the bedding and pillows. The room feels a bit dark with the paint scheme but that’s just my own opinion. The breakfast buffet is quite good with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables among other items. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe location is great, in the old town area, but not at the centre spot, which gives it a slightly calmer vibe.
The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and I like that there is no carpet in the room.
The bathtub had consistently hot water, it was nice.
Breakfast was okay, with basic selections for this price range of hotel.
The car park has a residence rate for overnight parking, but it doesn't show anywhere; you need to ask the front desk.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, the hygiene and service are in place, and the breakfast is also rich. It is in the city center and is worth recommending. .................
GGuest UserAmazing. Couldn't recommend it more. Very clean, the owner waited for me really late to arrive from the airport. He was very polite and professional, showed me where everything is, helped to point me to a 24/7 shop because I forgot a few things at home.
The rooms and place was one of the cleanest I've seen. Very spacious rooms. The fact that I shared a room with other people didn't bother me at all even though I've never done it before.
The place is great, I'll probably book again.
LLaykenI really enjoyed my stay, the room was lovely and clean and perfect for one night. The staff were very accommodating with regards to late check-in and arranged for a keybox with my room key. My only negative is that the hot water in the shower was not very hot, and I had to have a lukewarm shower before leaving, which was not ideal.
ZZoneboyHotel is next to President palace in the city of Bratislava. Hotel is old fashion but big, I got 325 corner room. The TV in room doesnt work also net was extremly slowly. I reported it tu hotel but only I am y sorry its today all hotel problem. In bif hotel chain is not working TV cause for new room or high compensation on level min 25% of hotel room price. Materas are very poor and bed noisy. Breakfad are for my suprise bed, otherwise its training hotel for students for have to tolerant my recomendation is sent teachers tu Dubai to check how to do in serving besuse this is not added value for that students in serving and presentstion of food but old fashion Slovak standards, otherwise food was fresh and tasty.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel was good, but it feels a bit overpriced as I booked even better one for the same price in Vienna, which is a contrast city in terms of the price. Gentleman at the reception was friendly. Bear in mind that the hotel will charge additional city tax when you move in.
The hotel itself was more less clean, but the room was not spotlessly cleaned to be honest. I had some hair on the soap dispenser and some threads in the bath. The bed was a bit small and short, furniture was slightly damaged. The door had old post soviet style of faux leather Ron top and I was wondering why… I woke up at the middle of the night from the screams of the children that were so loud in the corridor for some reason. The sound insulation is not good at all there sadly and the fabric door did not really help.
The hotel has nice authentic lobby which reminds a Soviet porch with Persian carpets. I booked 1 month in advance for 26th of December and paid $68, which I think is overpriced, considered the quality and space of the room. If it was cheaper, I’d have given more starts for this review. It is ok for one night if you just come and fall asleep. Hotel needs renovation.
GGuest UserExcellent location from train station easy to get to
Everything is in walking distance no need to book tours
Staff very friendly breakfast was good
