Stylish, sleak, chic hotel in centre of Brasov. Location is wonderful being so close to historical centre, but far enough away as not be affected by the lively noise. Rooms very modern and very quiet and effective A/C. Welcome was warm and excellent facilities. Breakfast selection was great and a la carte options were good. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and were happy to give tips and give umbrellas when required. I just loved the styling and comfort of the room and the touches in decor.

Although so close to the pedestrian street and the Council Square, you have a panoramic view of Brasov and Tampa, there is a lot of vegetation, a neighborhood with chic houses with interwar architecture. Everything renovated, modern in terms of utilities but keeping many details retro in harmony with the architecture of the house. Cleaning, excellent mattresses for a good night's sleep, small specific details for 4 stars, rich breakfast, from fruit to cakes, including smoked salmon in abundance, and the breakfast interval is very generous, up to 11, which is rare. The terrace is beautiful. Very beautiful and impeccably clean bathrooms. We had a single room in the villa and a studio with generous space in an annex building, renovated in minimalist style . Rooms with minibar as well as tea, coffee, water from the house. The villa has about 6-7 parking spaces but there is the possibility of parking on the street or in the parking lot arranged nearby .

The location of the hotel is good, in the middle of the Brasov railway station and the old town. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the railway station to the hotel, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the old town. There is no electric kettle in the hotel room, but there is a water dispenser in the restaurant on the first floor. You can easily receive free hot water. The buffet breakfast is 28 lei, and you can pay on the spot. WIFI signal is good, you can store your luggage for free after checking out, it is recommended.

Clean room, working air-conditioning, lots of bathroom counter space in the bathroom, comfortable bed. Free parking right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Only negatives were that the mini-bar in room was not cold enough & there was a situation with the nighttime attendant: we tried to set our in room air conditioning to 21°C. The night attendant came up to our room, after having adjusted our room thermometer via his cellphone app (making it warmer) & he seemed concerned that we had set the temperature so low. We had to assure him that this was purpose, as we like our bedroom cold at night. We just thought it was odd that he felt comfortable enough to adjust our temperature remotely, before talking to us first.

An elegant, spacious and comfortable hotel. I appreciate the generously large rooms with balconies. My family and I stayed in a big room with two large beds, a beautiful bathroom with a tub and an even bigger balcony. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the restaurant is quite traditional, but has a plethora of dishes to choose from. The spa is very nice as well, with multiple pools, saunas and massage experiences. It is a bit pricey, but, nevertheless, it offers a leisurely, pleasant experience. I recommend this for folks who look for a retreating holiday.

Great service, breakfast was good, room was fine, plenty of free parking...restaurant was good...Staff was great... My issue is they use the name Ramada and Google maps lists it as : ”Ramada by Wyndham” but then I went to check out I was told that I would not be earning rewards for my stay...How can this establishment use the name Ramada but not acknowledge Wyndham rewards??? The main reason I selected the hotel was when I drove by I thought ”great I will earn some more rewards for staying here”...I am very disappointed they can use the name but not offer the rewards....

Lets start by addressing the hotel, all good, well maintained premises, a spa with a small indoor pool and 2 outdoor Jacuzzi. The all wood overall theme looks amazing, and it was interesting the amount of effort in maintaining the flower buckets visible on all balconies. The highlight for me was the breakfast though. I've yet to see the same level of breakfast yet, anywhere else I've been yet. You get spoiled with choices to the point where you don't know what to pick. You feel like having some nuts? Sure! Walnuts, peanuts, almonds, pistachio and 5 more i didn't even knew what they were. Fruits, like 10 types, fruit skewers with a chocolate fountain, doughnuts, honey comb, omelette station, an entire jambon Serrano leg you could cut from. Anyways you get the picture, I would say the entire menu consisted of at least 100 different items, from bakery to fruits and spices. Will definitely come again, maybe just for the challenge of tasting everything.

We stayed for our first time at their penthouse; and wish we had more time here. All of the staff were friendly and warm, from check in, spa, and to transfer services. Parking is easy and plentiful. The breakfast spread was amazing and tasted even better; beats restaurants in Bucharest. Only thing we wished we did was stay longer here; since we were driving from Bucharest to Cluj. The location is excellent, right next to a shopping center. We didn’t get a chance to check their gym, but they have partnered with a sports complex across the street; or you can visit their sister hotel. I would just recommend using the sports center across the street for simplicity, The spa services are performed at their sister hotel, about a 5-10 minute car ride.

GGuest UserWhat a lovely place to stay. This boutique hotel was in such a great location, close to everything in the old town. Just a short walk to some lovely traditional restaurants. The cable car is very close as are all the historic buildings. The hotel is extremely clean and smells divine. Large rooms and great showers. It feels very modern and new with lots of attention to detail. You can control all the lighting and temperature. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and friendly helpful staff. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

MMarininlonIt is located on a quiet street, on top of a hill in Prund-Schei Area. Free parking. The steep walk downhill to the city centre takes about 15 min. When we came back after dinner, we took Ubers at about RON10/15/trip. Nice views over the wooden hills towards Poiana Brasov, hills where unfortunately a lot of buildings were built in recent years. Large and well decorated room, king size bed with excellent firm mattress, nice bathroom, air-condition, which, despite the heatwave outside, we used very little – the air at night was very pleasant. The breakfast was good but should be improved with some local quality products. Very good service.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent from the check in which was made by Roxana to the restaurant, SPA and the housekeeping staff. The rooms are very nice, vintage but modern, you feel the experience of the mountain side, the fresh air. The SPA is very modern, the inside pool and outside jacuzzi were amazing, so relaxing and comfortable. Răzvan from front office was very nice also, helpful, but i would like to thank from the bottom of my heart to Miruna, who served us at the restaurant, she made my stay outstanding, always smiling and asking if everything was alright, very efficient and friendly. By the way, the food was delicious. WHORTY!! SIMPLY THE BESY !

GGuest UserThis place is in a perfect location for the main square and the cable car to the mountain, giving you access to all the local eating places, bars and attractions like the Black Church. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The shower was good, with nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a fridge, but no air con. However, we put the fan on a couple of times, and that was fine. Housekeeping comes in daily. Despite being so central, it is a lovely quiet place to stay. My only criticism is that there is no way I could make some tea in the room. The coffee machine in the lobby was appreciated, but a kettle for us tea lovers would be a great addition.

GGuest UserI really wanted to like Casa Chitic, the photos looked great and it seemed very good value for money. The location is ideal - bars and restaurants are right around the corner but it isn't a noisy location. The rooms are big enough and nicely decorated and back onto a courtyard where you can sit outside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, unfortunately there were a couple of issues. First, the reception is not 24 hours. We arrived at 6:45pm and had to check ourselves in. This was super easy but there is no one on hand if you have problems. In the room there was a single pillow and one towel between two people. I messaged immediately but this wasn't rectified until the next day (and even then we only had two thin pillows provided). On another occasion, we ran out of loo roll in the evening and had to go into town to buy our own. The hotel could do with being a bit more generous with these essential provisions. The aircon did not work at all during our stay. It would come on but didn't blow cold air and when I mentioned it the staff did not seem at all surprised. We were allowed to move rooms but the issue was exactly the same so I actually think it's just an ineffective system. The room was absolutely sweltering and it was difficult to sleep. If these details could be ironed out it would be a really lovely hotel.

GGuest UserWe were greeted by a guy at the reception. Chillest and kindest receptionist i’ve ever met. We got a double premium, and it was good enough for a couple that was using it as a place to sleep/shower only. Hotel has a lot of relatively new facilities, such as: parking under your balcony, a grill, picnic area, some sort of wooden hot tubs outside, location very close to the center, and these are only some if the things we have used. Breakfast was great imo. It’s a buffet style consisting of fruits/vegetables, sweet/normal bread, eggs, sausages, cheeses, and other stuff, along with coffee/tea/water/juice. Didnt have to deal with the lady everyone is talking avout in the comments, didn’t see her there. Cheers to the receptionist, he was always there to make sure you dont have unanswered questions. Cons: Stayed 3 nights, the only “room service” was a guy that asked if we have any garbage. Towels were not changed (but i didnt bother to ask them about that). Even if the breakfast was good, it was repetitive. Lacks a “do not disturb/room needs cleaning” door sign.
