Everything excellent. The room was spacious. The reception very polite. The breakfasts was excellent

The hotel is in a great location, with a large shopping mall nearby. It is an innovative and modern hotel. Floor-to-ceiling glass is the main design inspiration of this hotel. The breakfast is rich.

The hotel is so nice and cozy,clean and the personnel is lovely and very accomodating! I loved their breakfast,the pillows were perfectly "hard" not the soft small ones like in other places and the fact that Coresi Shopping Center is just across the street is an additional benefit. Oh,and I almost forgot: each evening when we returned- we found sweets and hot tea waiting in the room "with compliments" from Qosmo! 🥰 So yeah,definetly reccomend to stay here! I'll surely go back!

The hotel is new and very nice. They also had a dinner special Christmas menu which was cool. We liked everything except the fact that the ceiling, in the room, is raw concrete. It really looks terrible. Breakfast was not that great either, the cooked food was very oily. They have a variety of stuff so you can chose, but the cooked food was all on the fat side.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Qosmo during a short trip. I really loved the ambiance and how the hotel is decorated— same goes for the room I was in. It’s modern, stylish, and still feels really cozy and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was absolutely delicious! I tried the vegan paella, and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a modern and convenient place to stay!

The service at reception was exceptional. The room service and food were excellent. We slept very well in the extremely comfy bed. I highly recommend this hotel. We will certainly return. Brasov has a lot to offer. The food is very good, as is the local wine.

The experience in the business area - the conference room and the services associated with a training held the other day at Qosmo were beyond expectations, the level being brought to very high standards. We thank those involved, the professionalism and attention to detail was visible, and our degree of satisfaction was complete; Also, the meal served in the Monark restaurant was excellent, and the service was impeccable. My friend and I recently enjoyed a weekend getaway at QOSMO Hotel, and it was absolutely perfect. The rooms were stunning, the cocktails at AGHO Studio were delicious, and the food at Monark Restaurant was divine. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay truly memorable. Can't wait to come back!

I'm not talking about standard things in relation to this hotel because the standard is delivered above the standard anyway:) The values ​​and vision of this hotel are to deliver experiences beyond expectations and, from experience I can tell you, that's exactly what they do! When you think you've seen everything and nothing is missing, it continues to surprise you pleasantly and unexpectedly. From the thermos with hot tea and cookies that you find in the room on winter afternoons to personalized happy birthday wishes to your loved ones. The interaction with any member of the hotel staff is an experience in itself of quality, respect and anticipation of any needs you might have. One word to describe the Qosmo experience: EXCEPTIONAL!
