Very pleasant atmosphere, special hotel design both in the lobby and in the room.

It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

1. Basically, all hotel facilities have to be paid separately, which is 12 euros per day. I think this is a bit unreasonable, because usually the gym and swimming pool should be included, but all the equipment in this hotel has to be paid separately, so you should pay attention to this. 2. At two o'clock in the morning, my heater broke down and there was no heating. I called the front desk to change the situation, but then the heater came back. At 10 o'clock in the morning, the heater broke down again. I reported it to the front desk, but it happened again later. I don't know if the front desk turned off the heater intentionally to save energy, or if the heater is really malfunctioning? I think the price-performance ratio is a bit low because all equipment has to be paid separately.

It's perfect, there's nothing to complain about. All the staff take great care, everything is luxurious. The staff speaks perfect English. Great luxury!!! Thank you for everything !

Excellent accomodation, plentiful and varied breakfast and highly qualified staff, not to mention the marvelous massages. The restaurant is cozy and they have a nice outside garden and the food is delicious, with a mediteranean touch. Altogether a wonderful experience that we repeate whenever possible.

The whole experience at Kronwell was amazing. The room was clean, the facilities were the best, but most important: the personnel took very much care of us, was very attentive to our needs, always with a smile on their faces. We booked also a massage session for couples and the ladies were very gentle, making the whole experience extremely relaxing and comfortable. I kindly recommend this hotel for a romantic gateaway and for a few days full of relaxation. The food from their restaurant was extremely delicious and they have a wide range of good wines.

It is one of the best 4-star hotels I have stayed in. The largest king size bed ever (more “two-kings size”), very clean and comfortable room with an actual espresso machine (not pods), and fantastic breakfast. It is an amazing place to stay while in Brasov and we’ll stay there again when in Transylvania.

Perfect ambiance to unstress, to recharge. The difference is in the small details. Outstanding service. Great design of rooms and facilities.

Stayed here as part of our land extension on an Avalon Danube River cruise. The dim hallway and room lighting was an excellent prelude to our tour of Dracula’s Castle. There are two small elevators for a 10-storey building so our group was lined up thru the lobby. The décor tries too hard to be trendy. Stretching across my room 803 were four large diagonal round metal beams – functional or decorative? Who knows. It was a voyage of discovery to find the lights. If all else fails, there is an instruction sheet. The ceiling has small pod lighting which leaves unlit areas in the room. A series of unidentified switches on both sides of the comfy king size bed turn directional lighting on/off. In the middle of the room was a huge white oval bathtub with a clear plexiglass enclosure in addition to an enclosed shower. The bathroom vanity had pod lighting shining down on the right side but none on the left. A square toilet had a separate room of its own. That said, our buffet breakfasts and included buffet dinner on the brighter 3rd floor were excellent with a large choice of dishes including local foods. Staff here and at Reception were friendly and helpful. A nice touch was each evening a carafe of herbal tea and two wrapped little cakes/chocolates were delivered to the room unless you had activated the ‘do not disturb’ switch.

Amazing and posh. If you want to enjoy yourself in a luxurious environment you should visit this place. Amazing and posh and great staff. The room was super good. Great view and is close to everything you need. Definitely will be back when I am around next time

Well to start, my stay at this so called fancy hotel was awful, after eating their pricey food (hummus with some sort of beef pieces) I ended up at the emergency room, with severe stomach pain, the doctors said that I have food poisoning, just to let you know during my stay at their hotel I only ate at the restaurant which is located near the reception(only ate there because the hotel is far away from other restaurants or city center), the rooms are dirty, the hotel is located near the main train station of Brasov, so that means you hear all the trains during the day and night, close to the hotel is a huge parking space where all the locals with modified cars hang out at night, so you can hear them too, I think it’s quite dangerous to stay at this hotel because it is located next to a GAS STATION, the staff is not well prepared, the SPA, dirtiest SPA ever, I came home with a huge rash on my skin, I am using menthol cream as I write this down that helps with the itching, I got fungus on my foot from their floors, the biggest issue I had, I found BEDBUGS under the mattress, I AM NOT RECOMENDING THIS HOTEL ! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, just read that they own another hotel in Brasov, which is called QOSMO, probably the same thing is happening over there … in the end, be careful which hotel you chose, don’t let yourself get fooled like I did.

Exceptional. One of the best hotels we have stayed at anywhere. Beautiful clean, spacious rooms. Sincere, helpful staff, great breakfast, and a brilliant evening meal. Amazing bathroom, ultra modern, spotless, so happy to recommend this hotel.
