It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

One of the best hotels I have visited. The reception staff, especially the employee Gabriella, have a very high level of professionalism
The rooms are very clean
Breakfast is varied and delicious

This was a modern (too modern), clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food items. I would have given it an excellent rating, but there were too many weird things to contend with. The location was too far from the city center to walk. We had to take a taxi to and from the old city. It took us the two days we stayed there to figure out how to work the lights. All the switches were on a single panel near the door. The only way to figure out which switch worked which light was through trial and error. Even with all the lights on, the room was very dark. We couldn't get the thermostat to bring the A/C temperature below 22 C (72 F). Equally daunting was the shower. There was a rain shower and a hand-held shower. The only way to reach the controls was to stand under the rain shower and get an initial blast of cold water if you turned the control knob the wrong way. To switch from the rain to the hand-held shower and to turn them off, you had to keep trying to find the exact place to stop turning the knob. The coffee maker in the room was so complicated that I didn't even try to use it the first morning. I managed to get some coffee the second morning, but it wasn't easy. When we stay in a hotel, we want things simple and straightforward. We don't want to spend all our time trying to figure out how everything works.

The staff is extremely nice, they help you with everything you need. The bed, pillows, sheets, all this part is awesome. The funiture and lightning have great quality. The bathroom has everything you neeed and more. This hotel offers a great experience.

Amazing place to relax, with a superb spa. The staff is amazing. Went also at an event there previous to my stay and they really put an effort in the details. Loved the a**osphere and the event crew! The food is also delicious both for room service and for the event I went to.

The best experience that we had in a hotel in Romania. Everything there is beautiful and modern. Breakfast was amazing and the personnel is so nice and helpful. Every time we needed something, the were there to help us. I truly recommend staying there. Definitely, we will be booking a room once again in the near future.

The staff is friendly, very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great and without delay. The room was spacious and the entire hotel was clean and well kept. The cleaning service was provided every day, the bed was comfortable. I will definitely come again.
