A very luxurious and beautiful hotel with an extraordinary mountain view from the room, and a very welcoming staff! The rooms are clean, the spa is relaxing, and the services are excellent. The on-site restaurant offers exceptional service and truly outstanding food—every meal was a delight. The location is perfect for an unforgettable stay, with activities to suit every taste. My agent suggested. There are 2 hotels... One looks like old broken facility. Other has spa,looks good and gas wonderful view. 10 minutes from old city of Brasov. Clean room with balcony and aircondition... Small bath room. All over good for business trip..

Pros: - very clean - big rooms (view is great in most of them) - breakfast is fantastic - restaurant is among the best in town Cons: - the pool is full of 3-4 years old kids splashing water 2 meters away from the pool. There is no respect for other guests using the pool. We were there for 2 hours during which the kids jumped in and out of the pool non-stop. The parents were in it as well throwing them in the pool to make as big a splash as possible. The only reason for the higher price is the fact that the hotel has a pool, so, it's sad that it's unusable. Apart from this, the water was warm and the pool clean. I would stop accepting holiday vouchers if I was them. They attract the wrong type of people.

Very bad experience I do not recommend this hotel! The high price of almost 600 lei for a double room is not justified considering that the curtain was stained, the wallpaper dirty, the remote control broken and broken, the phone did not work, the safe did not work was defective, the people at the Reception extremely rude (except for a brunette boy, a young man with glasses) the rude restaurant staff did not greet the sad, canteen-like food at breakfast, if a heavy product ran out or did not bring another. The pool and sauna are pretty good, but the sauna opens by appointment. It's very difficult for them to hurry, I had to tell them a few times and I waited a long time to open it, they motivated me to do their job. When we left, we left the train station, no one addressed us, did not greet us, nothing. I wouldn't go back to this sad hotel with dark hallways even if I got the room for free. Too bad the superb location of the hotel and the beautiful view over the city.

No tiene una entrada especifica para entrar con el coche. En los desayunos tienen empleados que no se enteran de nada en ingles, para desayunar debes montarte tu la mesa, y la zona de Spa esta un poco dejada, necesitaría una reforma, o puesta apunto. Por ultimo, pensábamos que la bolsa de playa en la que habían dos albornoces dentro, era como detalle de regalo para los clientes, pues en ningún sitio se veía el precio de la bolsa, y cual mi sorpresa cuando nos fuimos del hotel me llego un mensaje en el cual me reclamaban 20€ por el coste de la bolsa playera. todo un robo, no volvería este pésimo hotel.
