O Hotel é um pouco antigo as instalações são mais antigas, apesar de limpo. O café da manhã é básico do básico. E os bolos, e pãozinhos estavam duros. A única coisa boa foi a localização, perto da Torre.

Decepcionante. O Hotel Monumental Bittar está muito velho e precisando urgente de manutenções e reformas. As tomadas ainda são do padrão antigo e algumas não funcionaram. As toalhas não tem mais nehuma condição de uso. O time da rece´ção não é muito amistoso.

As fotos do sites são antigas e dão impressão errada. Cheguei lá e tinha marca de infiltração no teto, mofo no banheiro, ar condicionado velho, cama ruim. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto, mas os quartos disponíveis eram ainda piores... Tá precisando de uma reforma geral e urgente. A equipe do hotel foi simpática e prestativa, dessa parte não tem o que reclamar.

Horrivel, o hotel com pessima aparência, atendimento por um funcionario mau informado, hotel muito velho, elevador sujo, hall dos quartos estava com 100% em obras, onde tive que passar em cima de pedras, areias e etc. Ja o quarto em pessima condicoes de higiene. Nao recomendo.
