I had a wonderful experience at Brasilia Palace Hotel . The staff at this property are all great and accommodating , they go over and beyond to make your stay comfortable , call a taxi for you if you need and give suggestions about the cities do’s and don’ts ! The facilities are spectacular, a quite place with a stunning lake view , the pool is huge and the buffet breakfast is very delicious and versatile , one can find lactose free milk and gluten free bread there for example! The rooms were spacious and clean with a signature scent , also the beds are very comfortable ! Would definitely send a friend there !☺️☺️☺️

The best place I’ve ever been, the staff were amazing and very welcoming. The building is a work of art made by the iconic architect Oscar Niemeyer, I was very happy to be able to stay in such an amazing place. The food is also very good. I really hope to get back asap!

infelizmente o hotel e o restaurante nao conseguiram recuperar o bom servico de antes da pandemia. um absurdo colocar para rocar o hotel inteiro e a piscina (unica area de lazer) em plena semana entre natal e ano novo. um barulho horrivel e um cheiro de gasolina insuportaveis! 10 dias de rocadeira sem parar, o dia inteiro. e nao adianta reclamar pois o hospede vem em ultimo lugar. piscina precisa ser limpa todos os dias. ralo da piscina sem protecao, perigoso para criancas (ele suga nossos pes!). chuveiro sem pressao. restaurante carissimo. o hotel parece viver de estadias unicas pois nao preza pelo retorno dos hospedes.

Escolhi pela arquitetura e proximidade ao lago, e de fato é um prédio muito impressionante. No entanto, não me senti confortável durante a estadia. Estão acostumados com um perfil muito específico de clientes, estrangeiros, pessoas mais velhas. Na cidade tem uma fama de hotel de lobistas, pela proximidade com o palácio presidencial. Alguns funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos, com destaque para a supervisora do café, muito simpática. No entanto, por mais de uma vez me senti sendo tratado com aspereza por funcionário da recepção e fui seguido por seguranças ao tirar fotos dos arredores. Não retornarei e não recomendo para pessoas jovens.

Foi feita a reserva do Hotel para eu e minha esposa para sexta feira dia 21 de outubro. Mas tive problemas de trabalho e não poderia ir. Somente minha esposa.
Minha esposa fez contato e foi informado o nome errado na reserva e que somente eu poderia fazer o check-inn, e se não estivesse a reserva seria cancelada e sem reembolso.
Desligou e não resolveu o problema informando que era culpa da trip e não do hotel.
Perfeito, feita as correções da Trip, minha esposa chegou no Hotel e somente depois de muita negociação e pagar adiantado é que foi feito o check-inn.
Minha esposa disse que iria a uma festa no Clube da Aeronáutica e que havia contratado uma maquiadora. Somente neste contexto é que o Hotel informou que cobraria R$ 90,00 somente para a maquiadora subir.
Péssima recomendação ainda mais para um evento próximo..... O atendimento só não tem nota menor porque não existe.
Não recomendo para ninguém.
Ahhhh o café da manhã é bom, mas em local aberto, muito calor. Há de se deslocar na chuva, como estava acontecendo no dia e por ser aberto, cheio de moscas.
