My intention was just to stay overnight, as I was going to take a test the following afternoon. 24-hour reception: I was well received, as I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 in the morning. Staff Fábio at reception was friendly. The Hotel has 4 floors not counting the basement; My room was on the 4th floor. The hotel has an elevator. The room was extremely clean. It had a minibar; Comfortable bed; There was even a desk for work. It had a closet, hangers and a safe. It had a TV (it wasn't smart), only with open network channels. I'm always critical of bathrooms in places like hotels, and their bathroom was extremely clean, everything was very white. I had read in previous reviews that there was no hot water in the shower, but as I like to shower in cold or warm water, this wouldn't be a problem for me. However, I will leave my review, in the shower there are two identified taps (Hot and Cold); I turned on most of the hot tap and a little of the cold, but the water remained cold. However, as I take my time in the shower, after about 5 minutes, the water started to get hot, that is, it takes a while for the hot water to flow, but at least it does. So I recommend opening the shower and waiting a little before getting in until the water be hot for those who like it. Breakfast: from 7am to 10am. It's underground. I liked very much! There was a lot of variety such as fruit, bread, cakes, snacks, cornflakes, butter, jelly, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, chocolate milk. Very tasty! The breakfast staff was also very friendly to me and other guests who were having coffee. Everything very organized and ambient music. The value for money was very worth it. I really liked the hotel. Would go back again. Wi-Fi: Only works in common areas; does not work in rooms. Air conditioning: The air is not powerful, however, as the night was not hot, the air was able to meet the needs and managed to give a LIGHT chill (air temperature 16°C). However, I believe it will be difficult for anyone staying in the summer. The guest will sweat. Noise: You can hear some slight noises from the rooms next door, but nothing major. It didn't bother me

Lots of dust, bad cleaning, air conditioning and minibar with a lot of noise at night, terrible pillows and bad mattress, room with no acoustics and what's worse, there is no security guard to stay outside the hotel, in the early hours of the morning they break the glass of the hotel. your car in the hotel parking lot and the hotel is still not responsible! Very poor breakfast, very few options and poor quality.

Problems found: The bathroom was not sanitized, I requested cleaning, which was only done the next day after complaining again. Area with many homeless people in the surrounding area, walking at night is not recommended.

the hotel needs maintenance in several areas. Although the service at reception was very good, other aspects left a little to be desired.

Hotel is old and very simple. For short stays, depending on the price in relation to other places, it may be worth it. Pay attention to the noise in the corridors during the early hours of the morning (I was woken up a few times), as the hotel staff do nothing to maintain order and peace in the place. Breakfast is reasonable, but could be better with zero yogurt options.

It wasn't good, the room was in good condition. The bathroom was dirty.

Lots of dust mites on the curtains and cold shower with little water. Every morning good.

Very good value for money, the only thing that could be improved is the TV system, the TV is old and doesn't have access to HDMi and USB and the controls don't work well!

Very well located hotel! Very good staff service! I would definitely come back!
