Terrible and “unworkable”! Low shower that hits your head (I'm 1.75 tall) Terrible, noisy air conditioning that doesn't cool anything. Everything is VERY old! The mattress looks like a child's birthday bounce house. The worst hotel experience of my life!

Terrible for the value. Old installations, noisy air conditioning, toilet that doesn't work. During the two days I stayed, I had problems with people trying to enter the room while I was sleeping to clean (they have no control over who is in the room and don't even follow the "you can clean" sign), as I didn't leave the sign out. in no time. The pillow, bed and bedding in the room rented via SESC was better than the one via the hotel. The only good thing was the location, otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

I get to my room and the door looks like it had an entire rifle magazine stuck in it. The floor was stained and poorly maintained (probably from previous washing), there was rubbish from another guest in a drawer and the toilet paper was clearly used (you can see it in the attached photos)! The bathroom was still moldy and the tap and lid were loose. Furthermore, the air conditioning was completely poorly maintained and dirty, in addition to the dirt and lack of hygiene in the room. I went to complain and they changed me to a less worse one. I complained again and they said they no longer had a room available. The agency that saw the hotel for me got in touch, and miraculously, three rooms appeared for me. I went to the reception and three keys were handed to me, by an employee who had red eyes, was disheveled and had a wrinkled shirt at the reception (he was sleeping). I went alone to look at the three rooms to see if any of them pleased me. I tried to choose the least worst, and even so, this one had a torn curtain and was still poorly cleaned. The next day I changed hotels. I've never had an experience like this, don't trust me.

Hotel Like U, formerly Bristol, is well located. It is in SHS, very close to Shopping Pátio Brasil and Venâncio. Hotel with a very simple infrastructure, simple breakfast, functional apartments, in need of modernization. Poor WiFi.

Hotel velho, portas muito velhas e sem manutenção, ar condicionado antigo e muito barulhento, , empoeirado, cadeira não condizente para ambiente de trabalho: dura e altura ruim , instalações elétricas precárias, roupas de cama precárias. A única coisa que vale é a localização. A área ao redor esta em reforma e que contribui para a sujeira no ambiente do hotel.

Die Fotos haben nicht mit Realität zu tun. Alles ist abgeranzt und schäbig! Hier ist nur die Leuchtreklame eine gute Erscheinung. Das Highlight sind vernünftige Handtücher! Bin froh wenn ich hier weg bin! Ich würde lieber etwas mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen!

A piscina estava em manutenção e não fui informada. Pedi um chá as 21h e cozinha estava fechada. Pedi toalhas, pois as que me enviaram, além de muito fina, já estava molhada pelo banho anterior, e disseram que o hotel estava lotado e as toalhas haviam acabado. Minha porta não trancava por dentro e perguntaram se eu gostaria de mudar de quarto. Achei estranho porque havia sido informada nessa mesma conversa que o hotel estava lotado. Não quis mudar de quarto porque eu já estava pronta para deitar e minhas roupas no guarda roupas. Enfim, dormi com uma cadeira escorando a porta. Mas os funcionários são educados .

Tem UM ponto positivo, que é a localização Me colocaram num Quarto com camas solteiro, porque estou sozinho, nunca tinha visto isso! O quarto é super mal cuidado, vide fotos! Tv não funciona os canais! Internet é horrível! interruptor perto da cama parece aqueles de motel velho! Não tem isolamento acústico, acordei as 5:40 por causa do quarto do lado! As cortinas não cobrem toda a janela, então há claridade no primeiro momento de sol! O pior é que não é dos mais baratos. Não recomendo! Não pode ser considerado nem 2 estrelas! Obs: fiz essa postagem pelo 4g, pois o Wi-Fi não funciona direito!
