I was deceived by the website, because I rate this hotel at most 01 star, everything was horrible, poor facilities, cleanliness, furniture, archaic structure, the only thing that was approved was the service of the receptionist.

The worst hotel I've ever seen, I went in and left immediately with my wife, the room was filthy, moldy, the hallway was moldy, the service was horrible.

A recepção não é legal, eles deixam muito a desejar, café da manhã com coisas passada, pão de dias, duro, frutas começando a ficar ruim, pouca opções de coisa, outra coisa que me incomodou bastante é a entrada das camareiras, o hotel não nos disponibiliza nada que avise que não precisa de serviço de quarto, vai ter dia que você vai está descansando e elas vão entrar parecendo que está arrombando a porta, é isso não tem hora específica, as vezes pode ser a tarde, outras pode ser a noite.

No geral eu gostei. Muito bem localizado, na beira do lago. O quarto era grande e espaçoso, tinha ar condicionado, varanda, frigobar, tv. O preço foi honesto. O café da manhã estava com muitas variedades, me surpreendeu positivamente. Fui muito bem atendido pelo pessoal do hotel todas as vezes em que pedi ajuda. Acredito que podeiram caprichar mais na limpeza, os detalhes fazem toda a diferença.

Tem tudo para ser espetacular, graças ao tamanho dos apartamentos , proximidade do plano e localização de frente para o lago. Mas para por aí. Lençóis puídos, atendimento mal-humorado, café da manhã medíocre, limpeza luzes queimadas, higiene que deixa a desejar, entre outras tantas reclamações. Mesmo pagando barato, saiu caro ! Sabendo de tudo isso, fique a vontade para decidir
