Flat Particular Hotel Kubitschek

Very disappointed with the room. The bed was extremely soft, the sheets old and torn, and the towels old and hard. Dust and cobwebs were under the beds. In the bathroom, a used bandage was left in the shower! There were no blankets during the cold season. There was no TV remote. When I communicated this to the room contact, they didn't even respond to my messages. Despite the hotel having an excellent location and additional facilities like a gym and pool, it's horrible to arrive at a room in this condition, especially when traveling with a child.

Chuveiro não esquenta, as cadeiras estavam todas quebradas, o micro ondas que aparece na foto do quarto não estava la, havia uma mesinha sem o tampo, o espelho todo manchado, esse quarto precisa urgentemente de reformas, não bate com a recepção que o hotel oferece.
