Stayed in a family room - 2 adults, 2 chn. Clean room, plenty of space. Possibly could do with some TLC and looking a bit tired but more than acceptable. TV and WiFi available and tea and coffee. No fridge. Meals in adjacent pub. Even meal wasn't great but breakfast was great Definitely recommend - absolutely worth the money.

Hotel lovely as alsays for Premier inn, clean and tidy. service at bar terrible and rude and no draft at all. Customer service training required. Not sure grunting at customers is part of the training. Lets down the good reputation of premier inn.

Lovely modern room, very clean, spacious, with a large tv, desk, tea/coffee making facilities, illuminated makeup mirror with a hairdryer and dock plus a clothes hanging space with additional coat hooks to the side. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of plugs and charging ports. Clean bright bathroom with large mirror and large walk in shower. Good brekky the next day also.

Lovely hotel with nice clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and restaurant on site, for breakfast and evening meals. Food and service was excellent Great location for Burton Albion FC, if you are going there. Lots of parking available.

First time staying here and I must say it was lovely! I went over to the restaurant and was greeted by 2 lovely ladies Faye and Shannon, the festive menu had some good choices so I went with the festive burger which was lovely! Had a dessert the after-ate sundae which went down a treat. Room was lovely clean and reception staff were very happy and smiley. Thank you for making my stay brilliant!

Top notch staff on reception. Beth and Clare were amazing, created a warm welcome and were fully supportive when I had a problem with the booking I’d forgotten to make. The hotel was nice and clean, the room the basic Premier Inn standard, but nice and fresh. All in all a hassle free stay at a decent place with superb front of house service.

Great value for money, pleasant staff especially the manager in the restaurant. Very clean, comfy beds and pillows, plenty of tea and coffee to help yourself too. Breakfast was lovely and relaxing, asked if we could have poached eggs instead of fried, chef did straight away. Manager very polite and helpful

Lovely hotel, conveniently located. Have stayed previously and found the hotel perfect. This time however the hotel was seriously lacking. On check in ,was advised to be down for breakfast before 9, after a very long day and 5 hour journey I wanted a lay in and thought maybe the receptionist was exaggerating as not the experience I have had on previous trips! Awoken by the fire alarm minutes after 9 and straight to breakfast to find the food to be seriously lacking, after requesting several items that were not available all the food was removed!! So basically even though breakfast finishes at 10.30, no hot food available at 9.20! Tried to raise this with reception ,but not a soul to be seen!
