Customer service was excellent and the property itself has many activities for the children. The pool is one of the best parts. It’s enclosed, they have the heaters going (so it’s warm inside), and the pool is also climate controlled. We went when it’s still cold outside.

I took my two young boys to Branson and this resort exceeded our expectations. The boys loved our villa like it was their home. We will definitely be back and the pool/ arcade was a great highlight of our stay.

Overall was a great stay. Was quite when we went. Very clean. They did try and sell us a timeshare when we checked in, we politely told them no multiple times, then they called us early the next morning to try and set up a time again.. then the next day we came by because our key wasn't working for both doors... And they kept making comments about "fitting us in for a 90 minute presentation". 🙄
The indoor pool and hot tub was nice. The view from our 3rd floor condo was beautiful. We had an issue getting the DVD player to work and called to have them come look at it. They were quick to come but the directions to work the DVD player wasn't even close to what maintenance had to do.
Overall was a great 4 night stay. We just tried to avoid guests services after they didn't want to take no fro an answer.
Oh and they do put a $150 deposit hold on your card at check in for damages. We didn't see that anywhere listed when booking. Just a heads up. ❤️

Golf course was nice to have close. What was not excellent was we could always here the peple above us (every step). The fridge was not working, but it got replaced quickly but we still had to throw out some meat and cheese.

Room was great. Indoor pool and arcade were awesome. Just be prepared to be bombarded with Timeshare pitches.

Very nice property. We gave stayed here many times. The indoor pool is fantastic, especially during the cold winter. Unfortunately the sheets on our King bed did not appear to hsve been changed as there were A LOT of hair in the bed. However the staff delivered a new set of King linen upon our request to solve the problem

The staff is amazing…very helpful and friendly! The rooms need some updating but they were clean and comfortable.
