We loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful and we were so close to everything that we did! My daughter (she’s 4) had a blast in the pool and on the playground, and our older daughter and son-in-law and their 2yo twin boys also had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The hot tub was not in service. Was there on a golf trip and it would have been nice to relax in the evenings.

we had to cancel our reservation on the way to the Chatuea due to a car accident and they refused to refund us our money!!!! We never got to stay but still had to pay $240 after an accident on the interstate. What a bunch of @#$%^&*!!!

The first room had a problem with the bathroom light, the view wasn't good so we opted to upgrade. The new room was much better, bed and pillows very nice. Outdoor pool area is really nice. Food was very good.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, they went out of their way to let me check-in early so we could make it to a show! The view from our room was fabulous! We will be back!

Family weekend.
Great experience. Friendly check-in, plenty of parking, beautiful view of the lake. They even have boat slip rentals, so I will definitely return and bring my boat. Very nice restaurant. Full service place.

Local traveler
The hotel itself was nice, and the bed—while firm—was still comfortable. The valet attendants were outstanding and truly the highlight of the stay.
However, there were some disappointing aspects. During our entire three-night stay, housekeeping never cleaned the room, picked up dishes or trash, or brought fresh towels, despite us being gone early each day. For a resort, this was unexpected. Additionally, the spa and indoor pool were closed for renovations, which would have been helpful to know before booking.
The resort fee also felt questionable, as many of the “resort” amenities were either unavailable or required an extra charge to use. I’ve traveled extensively across the U.S., and for the price, I’ve definitely experienced better value elsewhere.

Wonderful hotel. Staff and amenities were awesome. Complimentary valet parking for disabled was life saving. No better place to stay!
