Quality Inn Branson on the Strip

This was a disappointing experience. The first room we were given was already occupied. The front desk staff addressed this quickly which we appreciated. However, our experience with the second room was not great. The shower had a huge wad of hair in the drain and there was hair on the toilet. There were also wrappers and trash left in the ice bucket sitting on the sink. The room generally seemed like it wasn't thoroughly cleaned and prepped for guest arrival. Also not all of the light sockets were in working order. The lights for lighting up the exterior of the building were so bright and right outside our window that it was difficult to sleep even with the shades closed because the light was still coming through around the shades. The most confusing and disruptive part of our experience was that at around 930pm and 1030pm, after we had already gone to sleep, the same front desk staff member knocked on our door. The first time this happened he had walked away before I could get the door open. Then, on the second occurrence, he just gestured toward me that he didn't need anything when I did open the door. It's almost as if they forgot they moved us to this room and were coming to see if the room was occupied. Regardless, it was incredibly disruptive and made it not a restful experience. The breakfast options were slim and not enjoyable.

Your app states all fees and taxes included in price shown. I was charged an additional $2 per day administration fee. That was not disclosed until I registered. A pair of underwear was left from previous guest behind the bathroom door so did they sweep and mop? No do not disturb sign to hang on the door knob. Needed more ice machines. Needed more employees to handle check out AND breakfast. The elevator could have been swept out. I prefer to find another location to stay. The AC did work well.

The location is great. The price was inexpensive. The free breakfast was decent. The room really wasn't the cleanest but the beds were comfortable and the a/c worked ok. The pools were clean and open. The hotel grounds were kinda dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you're looking for an upscale place this is not it. If you looking for a inexpensive decent hotel this ones for you.

-3 stars Just don’t stay here. This hotel was NOTHING like the photos. The room was disgusting. The “updates” are just in the lobby. The pool was disgusting. The beds are fulls, not queens. The shower rod was coming out of the wall so the curtain wouldn’t stay shut. There was rip in the shower curtain. There was a wad of hair in the corner under the luggage rack. There was frozen hamburger meat in the fridge. The fridge was dirty. Elevator was trashed. The property was covered in trash. And the workers just left it. This is PRIME location. But a dump!

Highly do not recommend!! From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I knew I’d made a mistake. The lobby smelled stale, the staff seemed annoyed that guests even existed, and the check-in process took forever. When I finally got to my room, it was filthy — dust on every surface, stains on the sheets, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this place felt like it didn’t even try. The management clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness, service, or guest comfort. Save yourself the money, frustration, and possible tetanus shot — stay literally anywhere else.

When we arrived the shower still had hair in it from the guest before, the floor infront of the sink had a huge sticky spot where something had spilled. The ice bucket was extremely sticky...eww. There was dust everywhere and the phone wasn't even plugged in. Once we plugged it in it didnt work. Thr elevator was really gross and had pills on the floor.The good things about this hotel was the outdoor pool was nice and atleast the sheet were clean. This hotel did not match thr pictures online. We were scared to eat breakfast there.
