CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations cancelled 30 days or more ahead of arrival will receive a full refund of the amount paid LESS a handling fee of $25. Reservations canceled 14-30 days ahead of arrival will forfeit ½ (half) the amount already paid. Reservations canceled less than 14 days of arrival will forfeit full payment unless we can re-rent for the dates reserved that are being canceled. We will do our very best to re-rent the condo and will not charge for any of the dates we can re-rent. The owner has the right to waive any part of this cancellation policy due to emergencies or weather conditions.
