Wij zijn rond 16.00 uur zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de dienstdoende receptionist. Het inchecken was snel geregeld. Wij hebben een mooie hotelkamer gekregen die uitziet op het aardige binnen terrein van dit hotel. Onze hotel met badkamers was voorzien van alle benodigde faciliteiten voor zowel een goede nachtrust als een goede douchebeurt. De bedden hebben voor een uitstekende nachtrust gezorgd. Het hotel beschikt over een lift; beschikt overt mooi ingerichte hotelkamers. Wij konden onze fietsens veilig plaatsen in een overdekte en af te sluiten ruimte die grenst aan de binnenplaats van het hotel. Het hotel heeft een uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. het hotel ligt centraal voor stadsbezoek. Restaurants zijn er genoeg op loopafstand. Kortom dit zeer goed onderhouden hotel zowel uit-/als inwendig is een echte aanrader als je in Brandenburg wilt overnachten.

Zentral in der Stadt gelegen. Das ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Empfang in der etwas angestaubten und schlecht gelüfteten Lobby, in der ein paar Sessel und Tische stehen, war einigermaßen freundlich. Im Zimmer empfing uns ein extrem muffiger Geruch, den ich nicht mehr aus der Nase bekommen habe. Das Zimmer war klein, nicht so richtig sauber, Mini Bad, für 1 Nacht ok. Das WC in der lobby sehr gammelig. Das fand ich eine ziemliche Zumutung. Das Frühstück war dem Preis angemessen gut, allerdings eine äußerst unfreundliche Bedienung, die es kaum geschafft hat Guten Morgen zu sagen und sich während unseres Frühstücks lauthals mit einer Kollegin gestritten hat. Das fanden auch andere Gäste befremdlich. Das Team saß dann später direkt am Ausgang Richtung Parkplatz mit Zigaretten durch dessen Qualm wir dann erstmal durch mussten. Wir würden hier nicht nochmal übernachten - der Preis passte nicht zum Angebot.
