Air condition and refrigerator were not working, too many flies and mosquitos and no attention by the hotel management. We could not open the windows (mosquitos), no air conditions. I could not touch the foods at breakbast due to flies.....

This is a charming Hotel, with good and gentle receptionists, good breakfast, good room, etc. The breakfast area is nice with the old city stile. The Woman, not sure if the owner, came with a box full of gifts for kids and asked my kids to choose a gift for christmas, they loved that experience, what made our staying at the hotel more meaninful. Thanks for the experience :)

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this 4-star hotel as it absolutely does not live up to expectations. The rooms were unkempt and had cobwebs. Breakfast had very little choice and cleanliness was poor in both the dining room and the rooms. In the bathroom, I found cracks in the ceiling and the shower drain, and the water was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Of particular concern is the sharp metal edge on a step in the bathroom - a real risk of injury, especially for children. The sofa bed, which is actually intended for children, also has dangerous, unprotected metal edges. In addition, the parking fees are extremely high. Overall, our stay was very disappointing and absolutely not worthy of 4 stars.

Schönes Hotel inmitten von Brandenburg. Es ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind gut und geräumig. Die Dusche ist leider etwas schwierig zu erreichen, weil der Einstieg etwas eng. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist recht ausgiebig und sehr gut angerichtet.

Die Lage ist gut, es gibt eine hoteleigene Tiefgarage. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Matratze angenehm fest (nicht hart). Auch das Personal war sehr höflich. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl. Ich war äußerst zufrieden mit der Hotelwahl.

Ideal für Geschäftsreisen. Sauber, ordentlich und nettes Personal. Auch von der Lage günstig da viele Lieferdienste drum herum sind. Man konnte sich sogar Pizza ins Hotel bringen lassen. Der Preis war auch sehr gut.

Nah am ÖPNV gelegen und auch fußläufig gut angebunden - das gefällt uns als Nichtautofahrer. Das Frühstück war richtig gut. Selbstgemachte Aufstriche z.B. ergänzten die reichliche Auswahl. Schön war, dass man ein Seitenschläferkissen bekommen kann. (inklusive) Mir wurde auch ein zusätzlicher Matratzenaufleger gegeben, da das Bett mir zu hart war - prima Service. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das war schon bei der telefonischen Anfrage angenehm. Einziger Wehmutstropfen: wir hörten jeden Morgen ab 5.45 Uhr einen - sich im Bad - lange aushustenenden Gast mit, der sich offensichtlich nicht seines Geräuschpegels bewusst war. Das zog sich mit Unterbrechung bis zu 20min hin. Schade, wenn man im Urlaub ausschlafen könnte. Ansonsten bekommt man von anderen Zimmern nix mit.
