What an experience, fabulous food, great service, chilled atmosphere, sitting in the garden of the wheatsheaf bramley, eating southern fried honey chicken burger with bacon and falafel and spinach burger, can not rate this more, the flavours were exceptional, 5 stars to the chef.

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The room was lovely and clean, I particularly liked the scent of lemon in the room which was so fresh. The new management - Belinda and Tom, were so accommodating and friendly. Such a good, happy atmosphere in the evening and the open fire is a delight and cosy. We had a delicious breakfast prepared for us by Tom. I met couple of the locals that expressed how happy they were the premises were under new management, as it was slightly runned down before and it’s now back up and running by people that care. I’d highly recommend staying or even just visiting for a drink. 5 stars from me.

The Wheatsheaf in Bramley was so much better than I expected. I took my three children. My younger son, 6 years old, loved the outside play area, and I got to sit in a lovely outside garden listening to music. The food was quick, a fair price and everybody enjoyed their meals. We came on a Sunday and had the roast, it was really lovely, homely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend booking on a Sunday as it seems many of the locals pre book weekly and it is a popular day. My older two children played pool and only popped outside to me to request more drinks. A little trip out turned into the entire afternoon, and everybody had asked to go back. Highly recommend.

Six of us stayed for two nights. Very welcoming, friendly new owners. Rooms and everywhere clean and freshly decorated. Rooms are fine for a short stay. Excellent cooked breakfast. No evening meal yet but excellent Indian virtually next door.

Great little pub, friendly staff and customers. Cute little room (#2) bed, en-suite, kettle and TV! Parking on site for minimal vehicles, but there is also parking opposite pub as well. Ten minute drive to Guildford. Would definitely stay again.

Our family stay here on Christmas evening after a day with extended family worked out really well. The pub was very nice and hospitable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was clear that careful thought and consideration had been given to their guests, as everything we needed was provided. Belinda and Tom are great hosts.

Room was clean and well presented- very good for the price. Lovely night drinking in the bar with the friendly locals and a lush full English breakfast the morning after. The pub is a traditional boozer and so cosy when the open fire is roaring. The new management Tom and Belinda have done amazing in rejuvenating the pub to a high standard, We will most definitely return :)
