Bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Road noise was a bit much. Did not sleep well for the week I was there

The reception welcomed us warmly, making us feel very comfortable. Our room was spotless, and the staff was attentive, even providing us with a bucket for ice with ease. Everything was spot on

The rooms are clean, everything you need, was in the room, staff are friendly but the odor is unbearable. It is a health hazard to inhale the polluted air. All three of us staying there has sore throats the next morning. When going out at the back door entrance, the odor became worst. Unfortunately I can not recommend your establisgment due to the odor.

Hotel are good value for money. You feel safe in the surroundings. Breakfast was good. The general overview of the room and facility is 3-4 stars. The front desk staff on check-in was friendly and helpful. Hotel appearance is generally good and you feel safe at all times and it is quiet. Perhaps pillows can be re-looked at.
