#好評#對鄰近活動滿意；#負評#對房間佈局，鄰近餐廳，梳洗用品失望；酒店设施偏旧，只是胜在离湖较劲（开车10分钟，步行还是很远）。最大的问题是服务不行，尤其是餐厅的服务员，一副欠她钱的样子；其次是所含早餐和晚餐都挺难吃的。

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, we enjoyed it a lot. The room is very clean, food (both breakfast and dinner) was delicious). Dinner had 3 courses changes from day to day. Price was reasonable as well. The SPA area is quite lovely, we tried both days after the hiking tour, helped the muscle to relax… All in all a very good place, we will come back for sure!

We stayed here last week and it was wonderful. The rooms were modern and clean and the view was amazing. The food was really good and we enjoyed having a set menu and trying new food. Our daughter has a severe nut allergy and they were very accommodating. We used the spa after a long hike with the kids and it was really enjoyable and if we had stayed longer we probably would have used it every day. In a nutshell the hotel was a wonderful suprise and the staff was very warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back if we visit the area again.

Soggiornato in coppia per 4gg, ambienti puliti, area wellness spettacolare così come la cucina (raffinata e abbondante) personale molto gentile e proprietario sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e/o consiglio. Posizione strategica per girare la val Pusteria.

Ho passato 2 notti in questo Hotel. Posso solo dire Più che soddisfatta! Ero con la mia bimba di 9 mesi e mio marito, personale gentilissimo hotel pulitissimo! Mi hanno pure preparato la pappa per la bimba, su mia richiesta! Ci ritornerò volentieri!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni a Ottobre e' diversi anni che soggiorniamo in questo hotel quando ritorniamo in val di Braies e lo consiglio vivamente per tutto. Pulizia eccellente ottima cucina camere molto belle e accoglienti ,spa per rilassarsi . Ivan e tutto lo staff sono sempre molto attenti a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti All'Hotel Erika ci si sente come a casa qui si ritorna sempre volentieri ＜3

Credo uno dei migliori hotel in cui sia mai stata in vita mia. Location da sogno, avevamo una suite junior con vista stupenda sui monti innevati. Camera nuova e bellissima, ampia, bagno ampio e confortevole. Ottima l'accoglienza e la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. La colazione ottima con ampia varietà di cibi dolci e salati, con menzione speciale alle marmellate fatte in casa. Cene sempre superlative (complimenti allo chef), tra l'altro servizio impeccabile, veloce. Abbiamo anche utilizzato sauna e idromassaggio. Mettono a disposizione delle bici e biglietti dell'autobus gratuiti. Il giorno del mio compleanno ho ricevuto un delizioso omaggio. Spero di tornarci prima o poi.

L'hotel Erika si trova in una posizione splendida, proprio all'inizio della valle di Braies. Pulitissimo, con una SPA adatta ad accogliere tutta la clientela. Cucina molto curata, con un ampio buffet di verdure/antipasti. Infine, personale molto disponibile e gentile. Esperienza positiva e consigliata: dovessimo tornare in Val Pusteria sarebbe sicuramente la prima opzione da prendere in considerazione.
